If I could give zero stars I would. I got a prescription for my one year old yesterday because she has strapped throat. They didn't have it in stock. I got a text message today. After calling them saying that it wasn't stock. I went to go pick it up and they gave it to somebody else. I also was picking up a prescription for my son. That wasn't covered by insurance but I don't have a copy with my insurance. They slammed the door on my face, And the fat bald guy kept yelling at me saying ma'am at the end of his sentences to justify it. I had 2 sleeping children in the car. And when they finally came back to the window. The woman delia was very rude and unprofessional. Worsted customer service dealing with moms who have suck babies sleeping in the back of thier car.

My insurance didn’t cover the allotment my doctor prescribed but instead of calling to tell me they just did nothing. Go somewhere else

I have bronchitis, 4 hours after my dr prescribed my meds and sent to waretown cvs, still not ready! They never texted. When I called at 5pm; they said it wasn’t ready. When I went in person at 7:02pm, they’re closed. They changed their hours from 9pm to 7pm. I called cvs barnegat, they said they couldn’t help me because waretown still processing my meds. I told the man who answered that I felt really sick. “There’s nothing I can do.” Hanged up. CVS: Unprofessional! Awful! ZERO stars!! Never again!!

I recently transferred all my medications to the West Bay Ave location in Barnegat and am very satisfied with the pharmacy. Everyone is very curtious and proffesional. Jamie is especially an outstanding advocate for CVS, she was extremely helpful and took the time to help me with all my needs. I am very satisfied with this branch and will be a long time customer there.

Slowest service on the planet. Thank God I was not in line for life saving medication or I'd be dead. Made me leave the line after I gave them my pharmacy card, said they had the rerun the transaction, then after waiting on three more people said I'd have to go wait in the back of the line "like everybody else." Everybody else waited once. Ugh so annoying customer service truly a rare thing.

Forget this place, they never ever answer the phone, no matter the time or the length that you stay on the line, in fact I'm sitting on hold as I write.Glory be!they actually picked the phone up, so I'll bump this up to two stars. If they picked up the phone it would be a good pharmacy. But I don't feel like taking a ride there to see of my scripts are ready.If they don't have the staff I'll have to Tru another pharmacy that wants the business. It's getting so in the world that customer service is not something important. Maybe I'll find this poor service whereever I go but I rather someone be slightly rude then causing me to drive to the pharmacy and wait in line to ask them to get it ready. If its not ready then i end up waiting a half hour, in the parking lot for scripts that could have been prepared.How's this for a thought? When you hear the phone ringing try to understand it's a paying customer, that pays your salary trying to find out information to save time in their day. They shouldn't have to worry how your day is going or if you have enough time to answer the phone!Put people on hold at lest I would know that someone will answer at some point

Horrible service. Very unfortunate that it's impossible to become better because the pharmacy manager is rude and has no management skills (Ashlee) She allows her employees to speak to customers any kind of way. One of the employees john also very unprofessional. He asked me why am I calling from the parking lot instead of walking inside and hung the phone up on me. I guess good luck with trying to report to regional manager because I see all the other reviews about her so obviously nothing has been addressed

My wife had a sceduled flu vaccine appointment at the barnagat branch,I received a confirmation statement from this pharmacy for a certain day and time.the pharmacist refused to give the vaccine

I would give this place a negative score if I could.... the Pharmacy Manager Ashley is so unprofessional and ignorant. She will never fill my kids ADHD.medicine and always is making ex uses and telling me to go elsewhere or have my dr call them....when she knows very well they are closed. Every time she is there it's an excuse. And I know its a lie because her techs can't even keep the lie straight. Worst part is most of these complaints are about her and she is still there. They don't even address this and her and some of her staff get more and more rude every time.

I had a CDS sleeping fill refill at CVS in Barnegat Nj. I have been on them for years. The pharmacist at CVS would not refill them one day early as I was leaving the state. She would not refill them the next morning and ultimately did not refill the prescription until late on the afternoon the following day. I was well on my way to an out of state trip at that time so I was very inconvenienced and had a degree of suffering without my prescription. I am getting back to the CVS 6 days later, to pick up my prescription. Inconvenience and suffering due to CVS. I will find another pharmacy. The worst customer experience I have ever had , and I pay cash for my prescriptions, I have no description plan.

Left holding for 35 minus then disconnected. My Dr can't even get thru. The extent of what you are made to go. thru is disgusting. I believe they just want you to hang up
