I went to Art and Sole today with my 87 y/o mom to buy a new pair of shoes for her that needed to replace the now worn pair she had previously bought at Art and Sole. Mr. Carmella couldn't have been more kind and patient with my mom. We had been there before and tried on a number of shoes without purchasing a pair, but as he advertises, you have to kiss a lot of frogs and try on a lot of shoes to find the perfect fit, which my mom finally did today! Thank you for providing your expertise and helping out those in need of good fitting shoes! She looks forward to using the shoe cleaner you provided, too. This is the reason we all need to support local businesses!

Blocks from the Avon beach, Carella’s is a FULL service high quality shoe store that is so hard to find. Jim measures you, and helps you find the right shoe and the right fit. We geared up with new running shoes for the shore. Boardwalk here we come.

I have been going to Carella's for years for the great name brands for my poor arches, and exceptional and personalized service. Jimmy introduced me to the right brands for my feet and I wish I had visited years before. Even though I've now relocated to the west, I always make sure I stop into Carella's when I'm back visiting NJ.

My wife got very professional service and advice from the owner, who knows his merchandise and is more concerned about doing the right thing for customers than just making the sale. What a huge difference from stores that have low-wage workers who know little and care less! This is not a place to find cheap shoes, but they give you what you pay for.

It is clear that his mission is to give professional service, not turning a quick sale. He patiently helped my wife and explained what she needed to know in order to make the right choice.
