I used to say they leave you hanging forever when you call on the phone for a a simple question, now , they don’t even pick up the phone anymore or they hang up and then when you walk in they ask for an appointment. Terrible!

This is to make everyone aware of the worst service and nightmare that you will have to go through should you leave your car at this service center. So it started with my my car harness was damaged and I had to take car for repair. Since , I am leading this car from Sansone Toyota I thought it would be wise to repair the car from their Toyota Service center. Now it's been 3 months and the car is still waiting on a part that is needed to fixed from some Toyota company in Japan (which seems to be a story) as it turns out that this small part is in shipping for last 2 months. As I'm paying and loosing money on the lease payments for a car taken from Sansone. I called in first to check status with my service advisor, who only provided updates after I call in multiple times as either he is busy handling other customer or else he is mostly on vacation. Than I took the matter of this delay to Mr. Paul who is director of this center but it did no good rather I am still getting false dates one after other on the delivery of the part which now seems to be insane. I am working with GEICO to get my car removed from this center immediately , so that I can get my peace of mind back and obtain professional service and updates from a service center which really cares about customer satisfaction. Again , please be aware of this situation that once you give them the car , you will only receive false dates and promises for repair that also after multiple follow-ups from your end. When I asked Paul to arrange a loner car, his response was plain that it's your responsibility to activate rental on your insurance and just continue to pay the lease as I have no new date to provide for repair. This is one of the worst customer experience that I have received in this industry. Hope to get my car back from this center ASAP (even without repair would be a blessing in this challenging times)

The worst deal ship I have ever dealt with. Not only do they make you feel invaluable but they also are very degrading. Charlie, Tim, Jovet, Sebastian, and Rana are all so very awful. I finalized a deal and since it was late in the evening I was told to come back the next day and the price jumped up $1000. When we've already signed and everything is all ready to go how are you increasing the price? Now, I have asked for a refund and I am yet to receive it. I have been calling for about a week now and nobody responds back to my messages. They are a scam, they do not care about their customers and they just talk sweet to sell a car to make their commission and go home. They will pretend to be your best friend until you decide to not get the car or as soon as the signing is done. Charlie was so kind until the moment I signed for my car and then he immediately didn't care to say a word, to say thank you, or to even say goodbye when I said goodbye and thank you. They are just a group of boys in mens' bodies who do not know how to treat people with respect.

At this dealer service, evrything is going up, they chase people out, an oil changeWent up up to $ 109 and change, plus an a list t of recommendations that goes from $ 99.00 up to $ 150.00, cabin filter to air condition check on a two year old car, I know prices has gone up but you guys went up two floors up, when I go there for service I don't know whether to bring my check book or my credit card

The worst phone call attending system they have after answering the phone they put you on hold for more than 30 to 40 minutes. Even though I called after 5 years and again the same experience I have with them.

I financed a Toyota Camry, when i went to pick up the license plates I was told they couldn't release the plates to me because I had to pay more in Motor Vehicle fees because of a mistake on their end. I bought two cars in two years from them, you would think they would want to take care of loyal customers but they only care about their bottom line . When my lease is up on my other vehicle I will be going elsewhere.

I have 2 vehicles that I have purchased and leased from this dealership. I ha e a supposed wheel package. This package is for flat tires. First off they want you to make appointments for a 30 min change of a tire if not less. And 2nd it's like that don't want to do the job of typing orders. I went there to change my tire was told have to be there before 6pm got there 5:14pm. Was told they can't do the job cause their techs are getting ready to leave which they actually have 45 minutes left on the clock. I pay so far for this serve roughly a $1000 for the year to not get the tire serviced. They don't believe in making sure their customers are safe. Having me drive with a tire that is loosing air and that I pay for a service to have it change to not be changed. Only at their convenience to change the tire. You tell me how can you recommend this type of service and why would I want to stay ..... come my lease contract ending and finish financing.... I will be think of spending my money with another dealer. And I advise other to do the same cause I'd you keep with this dealer I promise you will get treated like crap like I was. Especially when you I spend money for service that is not rendered.
