I used to say they leave you hanging forever when you call on the phone for a a simple question, now , they don’t even pick up the phone anymore or they hang up and then when you walk in they ask for an appointment. Terrible!

Whoever is the manager here needs to fix there employees cause there’s clearly no care for customers who call to ask a simple question over the phone the one star is not even deserved

The worst phone call attending system they have after answering the phone they put you on hold for more than 30 to 40 minutes. Even though I called after 5 years and again the same experience I have with them.
