DONT buy any car from these scam artists!!!! They will do anything they can to screw You over, iv been waiting for over 3 months for plates with expired temp plates and will do nothing, misrepresented all the extras for the car, traded a truck in basically stole my truck and added $10,000 over asking price for new vehicle,(even though we agreed on a price) told me they underprice cars so people will come and then have extra charges on top to make you pay more, witch they never tell you about, I know paid $20,000 over what I was supposed to with no plates and unregistered vehicle, they will not call you back and ignore or hang up phone on me, the better business has a ton of complaints about them as well as the consumer of protection, don’t buy from them they are scams

We put a $500 dollars deposit for a BMW X5, we left for a week for a business trip and we were going to buy it today 8/16/24. The sales guy told us that it was sold to someone else. This is very unprofessional and it was difficult to communicate with the salesman Dominick. Will definitely not going back there. Additionally, there will be lots of calls, emails, and text from customer representatives from the Philippines and they have no idea what’s happening.

Hi potential buyers. I want to share my personal experience with the “Prestige” of Avalon. I came in for a vehicle priced online at 22,695$. The sales person was very pleasant and easy to work with.
When I came in to view I asked for all the prices and fees that would be associated with the purchase. The sales person stated that with:
- price of the vehicle
- doc fee
- registration
- taxes
My total price would be 25000$-26000$.
I returned a few days later to purchase the vehicle with a friend that dropped me off.
After doing the hard credit check the sales associate found other charges to add onto the price:
- Market adjustment
- LoJack
- Vehicle delivery
- Vehicle inspection and service
- Photos of the vehicle
- temporary tag
These totaled out to be just under 6000$ extra than the previous quoted price. When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned prior to doing a hard credit check. They responded with these aren’t classified as “fees”.
I was then transferred to the main sales person. That in short told me if I don’t have it in writing it doesn’t count and that the sales associates job is the get me in the door so he can close.
There was some back and forth and some “discounts” were offered. But the total price was still closer to 30K than the original 25k.
Mind that I already get the insurance ahead of time as well. At the end he said the I’m not interested in buying because of the principle of it. That was part of it, but mainly because the price went up by 5K.
This turned out to be a total waste of time and a 100$ taxi ride back to the city.
Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake and ask in advance of running a credit check for all of mentioned charges.
These guys are con artist and are betting that once your sitting there and the credit is ran the chances of you backing out are low.
Good luck if you choose to purchase from them. Make sure you ask all the right questions ahead of time.

I purchased a BMW from these people. Reported something wrong with it to the sales person. He referred me to bmw. BMW found a massive amount of damage to the vehicle including 2 busted tires. Putting my family's safety at risk. Now they are ghosting me. I do not appreciate the way these people are doing business.

I do not leave a lot of reviews. Check my profile, 9 in the last 10 years. The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because I know how many 5 star reviews you need to cancel out a 1 star. I also don't complain a lot online but let me give you my story here.
On the plus side they seem to have really good high quality inventory. But...
I went there to look at a 2022 Chevy Camaro LS base model 4 cylinder with manual trans, no option car. It had 17000 miles. Like new condition. Basically perfect for me. The asking price online was $20,995. Now mind you, brand new in 2022 the original sticker was $26,540. I go in, test drive the car, sign a credit app, and the guy comes back with the offer sheet $31,000 out the door! $580 for 84 months. Now the website says $795 doc fee. High for a used car lot but I would have been ok with it because it was advertised. Then came the extra fees. $3995 reconditioning fee. This 2 year old car has 17000 miles. "Reconditioning" was an oil change and a wash and wax. Next was Lojack for $895. The car has Onstar why the h*** would I want Lojack. I didn't know they even still made Lojack. Then $1999 destination charge. Who is the guy? Vehicle manufacturer asking for destination fee? If he bought this car in an online auction in Lincoln Nebraska and then had to ship the car to New Jersey, that's his bad judgement, not mine. Then there were other fees I can't remember. Total $7k plus tax and MV. Then the financing. Good news, you're approved for 10.49%! Tier 1 credit mind you. I looked over the guys shoulder at the screen. The buy rate was 6.5%. (If you want to see someone's jaw drop ask a dealer "What's the buy rate?" when they quote you the financing. "How do you know about the buy rate?" They mark up the interest rate on the financing as extra profit.) He's trying to take 4 points on top of 7k in extra fees. No thanks. I said I just want to leave. He kept saying "you won't budge on the price". The guy wouldn't take full asking price plus the $795 doc fee. "I've got 25K in on this car!" Then price the car right. I went across the street and brought a new 25 Trax at the Chevy dealership, with the GAP coverage and extended service plan. $1999 destination charge???? GM only charged me $1095 to ship the new car FROM SOUTH KOREA!!!
See my used car dealer review 7 years ago. That was a good used car dealer experience.

My wife bought a 2021 Toyota Highlander from this dealership. We test drove the car and find out that the front rotors and breaks were bad. The salesman told us that they have a mechanic shop on site and they going to take care of it. Find out after the deal that, the car we bought for $35k ,wasn’t touched by their mechanic as promised and now I have to spend $800+ to fix it not even a week after buying a car from this dealership.
