I am a first time PODS user, and I have nothing but praise for the experience. The POD was clean and easy to pack. The drivers were both excellent. They introduced themselves when they arrived, explained every step in the process, explained the best method for packing safely and were friendly and accommodating. The cost was also much more reasonable than I had imagined. Thank you PODS!

Pods was a great way to store my furniture while we renovated our home! Delivery and pickup were both quick and easy. My little one loved watching the drivers moving the pod around into/out of the driveway!

Great drop off service . Stored items for 3 months and opened back up to find the roof leaked all over my items. Door stuck and lock slider. I had to Lubricate myself to get them to work smooth. It was messy and dirty inside.

Easy experience. The only complaint I have is that when they recommend the size or sizes you need, go up one if you’re unsure. I didn’t and went with the recommendation and needed to switch it out for a larger one. I was charged full price plus storage (it wasn’t being stored, just replaced with a larger container). I don’t think that is fair. I can see charging for the inconvenience but not for a whole month plus storage when I had it 3 days.

I used PODS City Service in Chicago and New Jersey.
My initial delivery driver, Jasko Saric, was fantastic. He was efficient and positive throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly. He even gave me tips on how to improve my moving process with this move and when I am sure to use PODS again in the future.

Overall great experience. Delivery and pickup was fast and on-time. Very nice drivers. I had my POD stored at their facility for 9 months until I moved into our new place. I like that you can request to visit your POD at their facility in case you need something or want to check on it.

A really helpful experience moving from Manhattan to Jersey City. Our drivers on both ends were professional and customer services was exceptionally responsive. I would recommend PODS 10/10

Horrible! The driver never showed up two days in a row! Horrible horrible horrible! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SERVICE AND I AM TELLING MY ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD NOT TO USE THEM EITHER!

Beware! PODS falsely advertising that customer doesn't need to be present for drop off. PODS also does not give instructions in entirety. PODS was made aware multiple times before delivery date that drop off would be street side and customer had already obtained local city permit for POD. Never once during any phone calls was I instructed to have a copy of permit on hand for driver. On day of delivery, dispatcher reached out to driver several times throughout day for updated delivery time. An hour before delivery, driver calls to demand copy of local city permit otherwise POD would not be delivered. Thankfully, POD was scheduled for afternoon delivery and I was able to go to Staples to make copy otherwise, POD wouldn't have been delivered on date of signed contract.

You never picked up our Pods. It's supposed to be picked up yesterday 05/21. On your system/online, it says picked up already but it's literally here. We keep on calling customer service but even them don't know what's going on. They just keep on passing us to the next person. This is too much inconvenience you have caused us.

Very courteous and competent driver/operators. Located the POD precisely, per our instructions. Very efficient- in and out. Would highly recommend!
