Moved from Maine to Georgia. 4 / 6 pieces of furniture were damaged. One was destroyed. Some items in boxes were damaged. I'd give two stars if they communicated but don't ever expect your calls to be returned within 2 days (or ever for that matter). I recommend picking a different company. They offered a laughable amount to avoid getting insurance involved and when I asked for reasonable compensation based on the value of the damaged items I was told I'd be given a callback the next day. It's been two days with no reach out. Each time I've called their number I've been sent to voicemail and never contacted after leaving messages and my contact information. Feels like a scam.

My husband and I contacted this company and made no mistake in choosing. We moved from New York to Maine. Polite staff. Good prices and fast delivery.
