Had an overnight stay and a roach was seen crawling up the wall which I have a recording of to show management but wasn't needed to show due to management already knowing of the problem with roaches. Went to the next room and the TV wasn't fully operational. Was moved to a 3 Rd room which was ok but after the movement couldn't get any sleep with the thought of roaches going through our thingsRooms: Had a power outage but the power was restored within minutes but still had to go through the roach issue this place has

When you first drive in it will catch you off gaurd, but its worth it. I loveeeeeddd this place omg this will be my wife and I spot for all of our romantic ventures. The rooms are all themed for romance jacuzzi water falls fireplace.My wife and I are from Albany NY she surprised me, we celebrate our birthday weekend and let me tell you I was stunned and very happily surprised, I didn't want leave. Lol the room attendants were sweet gave us extra towels and everything we asked for they were very attentive. The room we had was super clean. I haven't slept that good in a while at a hotel or Inn I should say.You do have to pay for the wood logs for the fire place, the bubbles for the jacuzzi. There is a fee for the remote due to some theft, which I understood that but you do get your money back at the end of your stay.There isn't a fridge or microwave but we went out to eat and was able to use the microwave in the office when needed. There was a vending machine on our floor, plus an ice machine. I had an amazinggggggg time Z -from the front desk was very helpful and I told him how pleased and happy I was. This is our secret hideout. We will be back very soon I'm even getting a room for my friend and her husband for gift after Their wedding later this year. Thank you Loop Inn Motel for such a wonderful, amazing exciting experience.Rooms: I loveeeeeddd this place omg this will be my wife and I spot for all of our romantic ventures. Stayed for 3 nights.Not meant for a weekend stay.Could at least have refrigerator and microwave.Didn’t like that I have to re-checkin every morning, full payment could have been processed.Look for a regular hotel. Not one that’s knows for 4hr stays.Themes rooms are cute but not for multiple nights, big inconvenience.

I’ve never stayed at your hotel. I don’t live anywhere near New Jersey. I thought I’d share a story with you. My son is 7 and nonverbal level 3 autistic. Everyday, several times a day, he gets on maps and “goes” to your hotel. He does the virtual tour and “drives” around it. Your hotel has saved me from I don’t know how many fits. All I have to do is give him my phone on maps and that stops everything. I have no idea how he even found it bc he can’t read. I’m sorry bc I know he’s called you several times in the last 3 months. I just wanted to share bc you’ve made my life easier without even knowing you. Thank you.

Given the fact there aren't many Hotels/motels with a Huttub/jacuzzi in Nyc-nj. It is what it is for the price that it is.However, it Can use an upgrade and serious deep cleaning.But for what it's worth..It's a in a nice hideaway.Lol ??♀️Noteworthy details: Bring bleach! for the tub.

Spent 2 nights in one of their sauna suites and it was amazing. Also had a jacuzzi in the room but the rainfall shower and sauna combo was definitely the main attraction. Speakers spread throughout the room and in the shower too with good volume so that adds to the experience as well. Room was clean no issues there, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable and no issues with any weird smells like I saw in a few other reviews. Only suggestions I would have would be new pillows, the ones we had were a bit flat. Not terrible but could be better. Would definitely come back again.

Felt too skeeved out to stay. Asked for refund. Room would’ve had great potential if it didn’t smell like a Walmart men’s restroom. Jacuzzi had cracks all in the bottom, all fixtures, carpets, furniture, wallpapers, were clearly outdated. Very dimly lit probably to hide the grunge. I don’t see where these five stars are coming from. I certainly felt uneasy in the location it was in as well.

I haven't stayed here yet, but planning on it soon. However, the pics make this place look very ghetto. Like only people from the hood flock to this place. Anyway, I'm down for a new adventure

We stayed for one night in a honeymoon suite. We had never been here before but I was relieved to find a very clean room with clean sheets, clean tub, and clean towels. Check in was very smooth. The water for the tub was hot and we had no issues with water temperature. The bed was not the most comfortable, but for one night it was perfectly fine. I knew they did not have refrigerators or microwaves prior to checking in, but they do have an ice machine and vending machines on site. Overall I felt it was well worth the money and it was a unique and romantic experience!

Rooms are very clean. Sauna was nice, as was jacuzzi and rain shower. Location close to many food options, movie theater, convenience, and liquor store. Check in is easy, and pre-booking online option is a plus.
