It’s a decent gym, but the front desk girly w the wig is not so decent as she should be, apparently she’s the general manager: Attitude like and made me feel uncomfortable. How is she manager if she is completely disrespectful to customers?

Great location, great structure, and the staff is okay, but this place smells bad. It's likely because the restrooms and workout areas aren’t properly cleaned. Please improve the cleaning, get more staff, and use better products. A lot of people come here, so it's not like your business isn’t doing well!
Also, please reopen the kids' club. It's a big convenience for loyal members, and the space is just sitting unused now.

This gym has poor ventilation. The fans at the top of the ceiling were off the two times i went to this gym. I felt like i was in a sauna or breathing hot breath.

Love this gym!! Been coming here for two years now. Pav and the team recently helped my sister sign up and gave an exclusive tour explaining everything to her about the gym! The lighting is amazing and the equipment is up to date

The gym and staff was absolutely amazing pavneet was super helpful to me and I really like his customer service and he always greets me with a smile on his face. The gym itself is very clean and the equipment is fantastic here.

Pavneet is always really helpful everytime I visit this gym I enjoy interacting with him at the front desk. This gym is very clean and less crowded. I love it here.

The gym is filthy and needs attention, changing room dirty, paper towels everywhere, and there is dust and grime building up on machines. Many members walk into the dry sauna with their shoes even though it says to not enter with shoes.
I blame the gym and the employees for the lack of maintenance/cleanliness and enforcement of gym rules. Convince is the only reason why I continue to stick around.

The worst out all the L.A fitnessclubs in the area. Smelly bathrooms, lights off all over the place, and they never refill the sanitizing wipes. You don't even get greeted here like in other clubs around the country. The employees are more interested in their phones than doing their jobs.
