I had my taxes done at this location for 5 years. Two of those five years there were errors on my returns. I had to pay $2,000 in back taxes over the last two years due to errors this office made during my filing. When I came into the office for help, I was shamed for not calling them sooner. Poor customer service, they could not tell me what the original error was, and they did not cover the back taxes - only the fees that were incurred due to their errors.

The secretary who was answering the phones,was very rude and inconsiderate,claims she was the office manager,when I presented her with a problem/ concern.overall,a very bad experience.would never recommend this business
