I'm so happy I found these guys! We needed a TV mounted ASAP in our basement right before Christmas and Joe was super responsive and able to work with our schedule. Not only that, but he came out of his way to take care of it for us even though it wasn't a big job. He and Xavier were super friendly and professional and their prices are very fair. We will be calling them again in the future! ?

Very rarely do I leave reviews after a service, however, it is a must that I leave a review for Five-Star Tech Solutions. I found the listing online yesterday and called to schedule an appointment. Joe was able to fit me in today, and he and his team showed up prepared and ready to work. They mounted my 65” TV in no time. They also cleaned up and took away any packaging. I am more than impressed with the service that I received today from Joe and company, and have already recommended them to family members. Thank you Joe. This will not be the last time we use your professional services.

I worked with Five Star on a couple of projects. I will not work on anymore of his projects. There is a big miscommunication between him and the customer. Of course at that point I would just call him and never seem to answer the call.

Five-Star came out to relocate an 80" television, the crew was on time,.courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Work was excellent snd they cleaned up along the way. Also received a follow up call immediately after it was completed, great touch of service.

I contacted Joe for removal of an old Security System in our new house. He was very easy to communicate with via phone call and text and accommodated my busy work schedule to come by to complete the job at an agreeable time for both of us. He did exactly what I was looking for - removal of all wires, panels, alarms, cables, sensors, Etc. He came with all the tools (including a folding ladder) needed to complete the job in a few hours and cleaned up everything when he was done. 10/10 service! Would highly recommend to anyone in need of help in the audio/video, electronics and/or security system field.

Absolute professional’s!! Both Joe and Sal showed up as scheduled, completed 2 TV and sound bar installations in no time and left without leaving a mess. Will certainly use them again when required!
