A few desk agents were kind. The rest nasty. The breakfast is completely horrible ?. The bread was stale a couple of days. The eggs were still frozen as well as the sausage. The overnight agent is totally nasty for no reason. The bathroom floor in my room definitely wasn't clean and I smelled pot while a cleaning lady was cleaning. Stayed 5 days. Hotel is outdated. The rugs in the hall are filthy and kids were jumping over my head the whole 5 days. It wasn't all bad. My bed was comfortable. I just didn't appreciate the night guy who was there around 1 o'clock, and I hated the breakfast everyday, and the fact this hotel is not smoke free. I won't return.

Just stayed there this past weekend. When we arrived, there was someone smoking pot at the front door. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby always smelled fresh and clean. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. We were on the fifth floor. The entire time we were there, our hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. And the elevators stink like pot. Rooms are a little bit dated, but clean. We found the bed comfortable and slept well. Overall it’s well priced for the convenient location.

I came to this hotel on December 08 to be with my friend and the receptionist was very rude and look at me side ways. She didn’t greet me at all poor customer service experience and then she talked about to another associate and they both were laughing at me and looking at me. I wanted to slap the taste of her mouth and I wasn’t feeling so well anyway, she lucky I know Jesus Christ. If you want to book a hotel please don’t book here at all you matters will go to Fairfield Hotel instead. The room was not a suite at all and they need to refund all my friend money back smh ??♀️

Very loud music, started at 5 in the morning. Everything could be cleaner. Staf was very nice. But too expensive for this experience.

The manager was not very friendly. There was no parking space available as stated in the hotel site, and there is not parking available in the surrounding areas, this may expose you to get a ticket, as we did as well as many other people staying at the hotel.

I want to give a shout out to the excellent staff at the Comfort Suites in Woodbridge, NJ. We booked this hotel for a family gathering, and everyone can unanimously agree that we have found our hotel home. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. Edwin, the front desk agent was professional, kind, and accommodating to my family. He went above and beyond his normal duties and was wonderful to us. Joanna, the Sales Director made booking this group block stress-free and was very communicative during the whole process. The breakfast agent was very attentive and helpful. The hotel was quick to identify a billing error and promptly corrected it. I work as a Manager at a different Choice hotel, and this location blew my expectations away. I applaud Kevin, the GM for putting together an incredible team. I appreciate all of you.-Mike

This hotel was one of the worst, if not worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Ever. Their staff was incredibly rude and couldn’t be less courteous. There were bed bugs in the room on our first night arriving. We had barely been there for a few hours before finding some under the pillows. Also, I didn’t feel secure in the hotel, one of the side doors in the hotel was constantly unlocked and if anybody wanted to walk in and do harm they easily could.1. There’s no housekeeping2. Room service really just means you have to do everything3. The hallways were unbreathable the smell of nicotine filled every hallway of every floor except the lobbyAny other hotel would be better.

I would give then 0 out of 5, if I was able to.Issue 1 - Great MismanagementI booked my hotel booking through Expedia and paid full amount upfront. I got the confirmation number from Expedia, rubber stamping my reservation.Reached the hotel at 11:55 pm since I was travelling from Canada. When I reached there, the desk person told me that reservation exist on my name but the money is not received yet and cannot allocate us the rooms that we reserved. I had to spent 1.5 hr working with Expedia Support to get the issue sorted out in the middle of night with my small kids waiting to get the beds to sleep. Considering, we were travelling with 4 small kids after 10 hr drive fron Canada and going through all this was very frustrating.Issue 2 - Rude Desk Support PersonnelThere was no support from the desk support person sitting there at night. He was not willing to help us on anything and we were on our own to sort out everything. He was quite rude in the conversation as well.Issue 3 - Terrible Front Desk and Room ServiceWe stayed there for 4 nights and 3 days. Once we were issued the rooms, we requested them to clean the rooms but they said the rooms are cleaned after 3 days as per schedule. That means you will not get any room cleaning service if you are staying there 3-4 days trip. We further requested the refills for Toiletry stuff, towels 4 times but did not get even once. In the end, we have to purchase our own towels and toiletry from poutside. This was unacceptable especially if you are travelling with small kids. I requested to talk to manager but he is only availabe 9-5 Mon-Fri Only. Terrible Terrible Service.I will rate 0 stars for both Expedia and Comfort Suites at Woodbridge and will not not use any of their services going further. I will also recommend my Family and friends to avoid them greatly.

The room was dirty. They made the beds all pretty but obviously didn't change the sheets from the last hotel guests who stayed in the roomThe beautiful made beds had a lot of hair and some blood stains on them. Obvious signs that the sheets were not changed.The bathroom was dirty as well.Gentleman in front desk was very pleasant and respectful and responsive as we requested multiple sheets, blankets, and pillows so we could change out everything ourselves.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Benika and Alana at the front desk! Our flight was cancelled and the first night we slept at the airport and luckily we found a room at this spot the next day. We were overly tired and extremely exhausted from sleeping on the airport floor. We showed up at 8am on a Saturday and our check in was not until 3pm but we had nowhere to go! They welcomed us and even asked if we wanted breakfast. They gave us an early check in as well! Best customer service ever! These ladies deserve a raise!!! Thank you for making our day better!

Went here for as a Speaker for a Conference and the WiFi wasn't working, it took several attempts to get it to connect to the open guest option but no luck! There technical support couldn't resolve the problem and there was no other option which was very disappointing because I couldn't use my complete PowerPoint presentation!

Not in a good location. My car was broken into, damaged, and almost stolen when parked in the hotel parking lot. I must stay elsewhere for a few more days than planned, waiting for the police report. At least the hotel room was okay.

We loved this hotel . Everything was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We stayed 3 nights foe a reunion nearby. The manager was hands on, the hotel housekeeping was very good, the bartenders Kerri and Edwin were the best. Breakfast was good. Definitely a place to remember for the future . And the man driving the shuttle for us this weekend was fabulous. Thank you for a great weekend.

I've stayed here for work a few times (against my wishes) and every time I get into my room there's food on the floor. Last month it was cookies. This month it's a half eaten apple and some chip crumbs with the actual container still there...RIGHT ON THE FLOOR! They're clearly not vacuuming or cleaning which probably means they don't change sheets. Sleep in your jacket if you have to come here. The second room I received today after going back downstairs had a wine cork on the floor I nearly killed myself by slipping. Nothing is worth staying here, there's a perfectly good Marriott in the same parking lot, do yourself the favor. The front desk ladies that help me each time are so sweet and apologetic and even agree with me that their maid service is awful. It's pitiful. The only reason I've given it two stars is because of the front desk workers.

I booked two rooms in my name. We arrived on Thursday, November 18th for three nights. We were in the area for a funeral. From my recommendation, other family members stayed at your establishment as well. I was dissatisfied with the stay and quite frankly embarrassed for recommending this hotel, allow me to elaborate.There were many issues:On Saturday morning, the day we were all going to the funeral; we had NO hot water.On Friday morning and Sunday morning, the water was barely warm, we never had hot water.My shower curtain was torn.The toilet seat has seen better days, stained and worn out.The hallway landing on the 4th floor was dirty and stained.One of the elevators had spilled coffee on the floor from Saturday morning and it was still there and dried up on Sunday morning, never cleaned up. I also had rusty fixtures in the bathroom. Lastly on Friday morning while in the lobby I saw a man that appeared to be homeless. He SMELLED and got on the elevator. I asked the front desk rep and he told me he had a room. I wanted to know was this a homeless shelter and your rep said not really. I am beyond annoyed and dissatisfied. I spent over $1000 for two rooms. For a shelter? Unacceptable!I recently joined the Choice Privileges. Is this what I signed up for? Why would I use Choice again? NeverI sent an email to the managers because the front desk rep would not assist. 36 hours later no response from them.***Update. A manager called me to apologize and offer a solution.
