I called on 8/26/24 and spoke to Anthony, inregards to me needing a Rim for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring that didn't come with a spare. Anthony gave me the cost with tax included. I informed Anthony that I will be there first thing in the morning at 8am. Anthony informed me he will be in later that morning on 8/27/24, but someone will be able to complete my order, when I came to the office. I meet with George and informed him, I spoke to Anthony concerning the Rim I needed. George said he can take care of it for me, so he took the information from me. And went and got the information off my tire, along with a photo to make sure I received the same exact Rim as what's on my vehicle. Awesome Customer Service and great team work to Anthony and George. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, if they are in need of excellent used car parts. Job Well Done!
