“Such a treasure, right on the beach. Lots of food options, and staff was very nice. Beach bar with Reggie. Great views for breakfast of the dunes and surf from L2.

Rooms: Small, but very updated with a great shower and sitting area. Can see the dunes from our balcony.

Noteworthy details: Shuttle is awesome for getting to either Stone Harbor or Avalon center.”

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The service was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Mason M. for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back next summer”

“The staff is amazing, so accommodating and will do anything in their power to make sure you & your family are comfortable. We initially were in the junior family suite and ended up upgrading to the family suite for more space. Both suites are gorgeous, everything looks brand new and so clean but it was nice having the bigger unit so our 7 month old could roll around on her mat on the floor. It was huge!! The location is perfect, its a short walk to the beach , close to the crest which we love but still close enough to all the stores to walk right up onto the boardwalk for morning coffee. It is quiet at night- I think staying at a smaller facility was so much better for us having our kids down because there was no nonsense going on late at night!
10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be returning!”

“First time back in about 20 years! This hotel is amazing. I used to come here about 20 thru 25 years ago when my parents were alive. Everything is great, friendly staff and amenities. REGES cafe is great too. We just returned from their summer celebration package which is the same package from 20 plus years ago. We didn’t need the Moreys pier and cape may whale watcher dinner cruise so we got five dinner vouchers $20 each and five breakfast vouchers for the Regis Café every morning fully covered. Full breakfast. There are 8 restaurants to choose from for dinner. We saved approximately $600 for breakfast and dinners if we had to eat out for both. Super clean pool and large outdoor hot tub. We cooked burgers on their outdoor grills. It’s the last week of August and we’ll be returning here next year and for many years to come!!

Rooms: Rooms are cleaned Daily with clean towels. Not super modern but good enough

Nearby activities: Cape May and many great restaurants.

Noteworthy details: Excellent hotel. Super clean, definitely worthy of a 3 star rating. REGES cafe serves a full breakfast and lunch. Very friendly staff all around.”

Rooms: The staff showed me a room beautiful and clean. No worries for bed bugs or bugs.

Walkability: Close walk to everything.”

“Great hotel. Amazing staff and amazing rooms. The cost is what you would expect for the area. The TV in our room could use a major upgrade (it was very small) but not sure how many people watch TV while vacationing.”

“The decor is quaint and in keeping with Wildwoods' stuck in the 50s theme. The Starlux is how people from the 50s envisioned the future would look like. Our room was really tight. The bathroom door was not a full size door and it still just about cleared the 2nd bed when opening it. The shower was designed to get you clean by power blasting your first layer of skin off. Effective, but painful. The shower rod also needs to be replaced with one that curves outward so the curtain doesn't constantly get sucked into the water stream. Breakfast is an afterthought. Don't let the free breakfast be a difference maker between this and another hotel. Just walk over to the Key West Cafe and eat there. The location relative to the beach, the boardwalk and then convention center is excellent. If you plan on spending most of your time there, this could be a good pick.Walkability: Great location to tourist activities”

“The room we had was very roomyfor the pricewhich was 6 of us plenty of beds but what I dislike is the carpet floors but that's just my opinion also there's only 1 Window ac for the entire room but other than that we have a great room of the pool and boardwalk which we are less than 2 blocks away. the service and maintenance here were very pleasant and very helpful overall I would stay here again”

“I was pleasantly surprised that they had rooms available 3 days before the 4th of July holiday. Then I though.. oh no I wonder why lol but I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at The Pyramid! Michelle, the owner, was absolutely the sweetest person I've ever met at a hotel establishment. I am a OCD clean freak, so of course I read the clean reviews and that sold me. This hotel did not dissappoint! VERY clean! They have a beautiful pool and are so close to the beach. The ice cream on the premises was a sweet surprise. I love it here and I feel like I stayed with family! I was sad to leave and I can't wait for my next stay. Great job Tom and Michelle! ?”

“Fabulous place to stay with a smooth check-in! I loved how it was within walking distance to the beach and everything else in the North Wildwood entertainment district. We stayed in room 209 and enjoyed the patio that looked out onto the ocean and the soothing sound of the waves. The view was great, especially at sunrise and sunset. ?️ I also loved seeing the boardwalks fireworks from the third-floor deck. ? Our room was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway. ”

“We just are leaving condo #204 and had the most amazing time. The room was spotless, beautifully updated and comfortable for our family. We loved that it was on the quiet end of wildwood and the beach was so close! The hotel has two pools that are also kept up nicely. We hope to come back next year and make it a yearly tradition! Thank you to the wonderful hosts of this adorable condo ❤️”

“This motel was the perfect find for our group. We stayed for Jeep Invasion. The location is perfect being a few short blocks away from the boardwalk. My vehicle is modified and I am slightly wider than most vehicles, the parking spaces along Buttercup were large enough to park not just my Jeep but multiple other Jeeps with similar modifications allowing room for us to exit our vehicles after parking. The individuals who work in the reception area are the sweetest, most kind humans in Wildwood! From the point of my calling to make the reservation to the time I left, they made sure I was taken care of. The rooms remind me of how Wildwood used to be growing up, they are standard rooms. One neat addition we loved was the music playing outside throughout the property could be turned on inside the room by turning a dial on the wall. It added a touch of fun DooWop Wildwood Nostalgia to our stay. We normally stay in another hotel but I feel the Caribbean Motel has become our new Wildwood home away from home. I have already told many about our experience and I hope to bring a larger group with us for events in the future.

Rooms: We had 2 double beds, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a spacious table and desk area in each of our rooms.

Nearby activities: Very short walk to the boardwalk. Close to the convention center. Walking distance to many great restaurants. 10-minute drive to Cape May Area.

Safety: We felt safe and we felt our vehicles were safe. They have cameras installed around the property and are monitored. A small child wandered on the property and the receptionist was quick to help the child.

Walkability: You could leave your vehicle parked throughout the entire vacation and walk to anything you needed.

Food & drinks: They serve coffee at 8 am every morning in the front office. I personally am not a coffee drinker but my traveling companions said it was pretty good.

Noteworthy details: The views from the 2nd-floor common area deck allow for great views of the sunset and beach. The small 2nd-floor lounge area provides a place to hang out with everyone before calling it a night or even just to lay out in the sun with a book.”

Unfortunately, the last two years we can’t get a room but we do love the place convenient to everything very friendly management staff.Walkability: Tori’s pier is almost a mile away. The dolphin hotel is in the crest, but the tram car is right there or if you don’t mind walking it’s just a short walk.”

“Family owned motel which was a plus in my books. Friendly environment. The beach is a very, very small walk, the motel is literally a baseball throw away. There was a kitchen fully equipped but we only needed one night so we ordered from a local pizza place for dinner. There was enough room literally three different size bed (it was just me and my husband) there was a daybed in one room with a kitten table with four chairs and a TV. There is a door that sperated another room with a twin and a full size bed with also a TV. The rooms were clean and equipped with necessities. There's a pool for the guest. Listen I got really lucky on Friday my husband just looked so tired and defeated (works 80+ hours a week) I said let's go to a beach. So he picked a motel that was on the beach and we left after he was done with work on Saturday. Parking is on the property and it's free to their customers. I have literally nothing bad to say. Anyways, Thank you Jenny for everything we enjoyed our stay with you and your motel was a great choice and we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this motel. We also had a balcony!Thank you, Tammy and LeeSafety: Family owned!Walkability: Right next to the beach!”

“Not a bad place. Dated, but updated… rooms were appeared to be kept as best as can be expected. Outside balcony area was clean and the chairs were super cool with a cup/phone holder. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location cant be any better for boardwalk access. Pool was clean and warm for early june. Lots of parking access to either side of the building. Will stay again!

Rooms: Not bad. Bare bones but got the job done!

Nearby activities: Boardwalk super close. Plenty of places to eat nearby

Walkability: Boardwalk super close”

“First time staying here and we were not disappointed! We came down this year for the Oktoberfest and stayed in room 309 and from the newly renovated rooms, stunning views, and extremely helpful and friendly staff, everything was just amazing! Angie at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful as well. One of the main things that I look for in a hotel is customer service and Angie has excellent customer service! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Wildwood Crest and cannot wait to return next summer!”

“The reason I rated the rooms at five star is because I paid $98 a night to be across from the boardwalk, has a two burner stove, a midsize fridge, microwave, coffee, pot, and dishes, glasses and utensils. Queen size bed, twin size bed, and a two chair dinette. TV on an angle from the wall. Very clean, You cannot beat this at all Unless you’re looking for things to do at the hotel, but I come here for the boardwalk and the beach.”
