“Great design! Coming from out of state, it seems like this place could use a couple more gas attendants since it gets so busy in the afternoons. Still can’t believe someone else has to pump my gas in NJ”
“We live all the way in Arizona, but we go to New Jersey over the summer to spend time with family. We live within walking distance of the Wawa. It is always very clean and refreshing. The food just tastes like normal gas station food. But the service is always amazing. The people who are always in Wawa are always happy and I have not witnessed a bad experience there. Overall would definitely recommend!
Parking: There is about 5 parking spots in front of the building, and a lot of street parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slope and stairs for handicap.”

Growing up I would walk in after school and get some snacks, and for cheap I would get some classic Puerto Rican food like (Rice N beans/Pastelitos/Reooeno de papa).•everything in here is cheap•worker/ workers (I’ve seen the same Hispanic guy there for like 4+ years now) are extremely nice and quickThe only thing is that it’s really tight for some reason, like it’s a really small store so if your uncomfortable with being in tight spaces it might not be for you.”

“This Wawa has 2 personalities. Off/In seasons. Because it is situated in Wildwood, NJ, during the summer months it is extremely busy. The staff works hard to keep things moving. They are always nice no matter how busy they are. The shelves are always stocked. Once in awhile you might not be able to find something. Off season the Wawa is still busy but not like summer season.”

“Easily the nicest Wawa I've been to in NJ. I've frequented stores in Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Across 2 dozen stores this is a clear winner. Clear, clean and updated signage and advertising. The deli section had the names of the sandwich makers and they readily and frequently called out upcoming and finished order numbers. The drinkmaker was giving out free samples of their pizza, (actually good pizza) which is a rarity at Wawa. Their coffee bar and snack selection was organized and superbly clean, which I know is hard to keep up with generally.
Above all, smiles across the board. These people seem content to be here, which I commend them for. I know how hard customer service can be, and this store passes with flying colors! The sandwich was great too.”

“Called a head to order some hoagies went there and had to wait a few minutes but the food manager Joe was on point with it made sure I had everything I was short a hoagie so he made sure I had another hoagie to make up for the one I was short from start to finish joe made sure I had everything i needed this is my new wawa for everything i need”
“The staff at this store has been very friendly all summer. I had my first experience with the pharmacy yesterday due to some forgotten medication. The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist (Lois, I believe?) was also friendly and efficient. A pharmacy has been a tough place to work in any town, especially a shore town, I appreciate the staff at this store. They really stepped it up this year.”

“They make good subs but most importantly they make American subs, which is my favorite. Seems like no one makes them anymore. The husband and wife owners are really friendly and seem to have a lot of regulars. The only complaint I have is one lady they hired recently. When she makes my subs she puts the lettuce and onions on the bottom before the meat. It might sound like a stupid complaint but I throws off the whole sandwich. I’ve never had a sandwich made like that before and I feel like it’s incorrect. Who does that? I like when the owner lady makes my subs they’re always perfect and wrapped up tight.”

“Absolutely crazy busy here in the summer time, but cheapest and fastest place to get food in Avalon. Wawa hoagies are the best!! I also always order my iced coffee here but sometimes they only put like 2 ice cubes in it which is very weird. Be careful in the parking lot very hectic!”
