Rude postal clerk engaged in an heated argument on her personal phone. Never acknowledged or spoke to me. I'll use Mt. Ephraim next time.

The automated line is absolute horseshit!!! I need to speak to an actual person but am forced to deal with recording prompts the entire time. Been in my new place for over a week and STILL haven't been issued a mail key nor have I been contacted regarding this problem. Where is the help that I requested???
