While I enjoy shopping here, There is a issue with purchasing items with a credit car and trying to retuning the items'. One time the clerks need the credit card and a signature on the return receipt and the next return visit you don't need to show the CC or sign anything to receive credit on the same card you purchased the Items.
I've tried to get an explanation from the manger, but the rhetorical comments didn't explain why this issue is currently happening. I would like someone above store management level to explain this issue.
ps... I have 4 receipts of this issue, if needed to verify that this is current happening.
