We called John to come fix a leak in our faucet. Without telling me, he shut off the water as I was still getting ready for work. I asked for the water to be turned back on and wish he told me first. I said I only needed about 10 more minutes. He rolled his eyes, looked down at the ground in annoyance, and reluctantly turned the water back on.Remembering that we needed a new hot water heater, when he came back up from the basement, I told him that I had a bigger job for him instead of a leaky faucet if he was interested. He said he was. When I told him about the water heater, he said he would be here tomorrow to install one. I asked what time and he said 11:30am.The next day came and went. Both my wife and I texted him several times and tried to reach him on his cell phone. No response. Clearly he was upset with me, though any intelligent person would be grateful to make hundreds of dollars more on a job. His attitude and lack of professionalism has cost him. Now we found a plumber to install the water heater, fix the leaky faucet and do other work for us.Service: Water heater installation

Called for him to do a job. No call, no show, ignored my calls to get an update. Think twice if you're dealing with an emergency.

Couldn’t ask for a better service, called him yesterday, he installed garbage disposal first thing this morning, upfront fair pricing, prompt, professional, got the job done and didn’t waste any time, could not recommend more A+++

John Tuttle called and showed up as promised. His work ethic is superb. He and his crew replaced and installed a new bathtub/fixtures, surrounding walls and removed all debris. Very clean. They worked quickly and promptly. The finished product was amazing. I would highly recommend John Tuttle Plumbing in Audubon, NJ.

Had john come and look at job gave me a price a few days later told him he had the job had to get faucet then been calling for 3 weeks no response finally got him today and he said he was to busy to do the job total waste of time
