The nicest thrift store I’ve been to in the area! Everything is well organized and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. They used Christmas decorations that were for sale to decorate for the holiday - such a nice touch!

Dude manhandled my sewing machine and caused some pretty insane damage. The wood was not like this when I bought it. Dude made me sign a waiver and then immediately damaged both the sewing machine and my car.

I was there at Goodwill in Audubon some employee that work there was making a purchase and was also holding up the line she was waiting for a supervisor to come to the counter to approve on her purchase .
They don’t care about the customers that are waiting in line to pay for the products. Because of that employee and the supervisor holding up the line was back-up.
Service was bad and I will never go there again. The supervisor swiped some card and the employee that was making that purchase didn’t pay for anything .

My favorite thrift store in the area. It's always clean, has cool finds, and the employees are really cool and friendly.

Eh, Place is always so hot. Theres two employees there that literally don’t care about your time they constantly will hold u up & talk & talk & talk your ear off until you don’t even want to look around anymore. They both have short hair one is short & claims to be a manager & the other has lovely tattoos. If it weren’t for the affordable prices it’ll be getting a one star. Thers one tall employee there skinny male he was also really helpful.

This store has a lot of medical supplies I didn’t know about.The prices are very reasonable so there was no reason not to shop for used vs new. We went to purchase a walker with wheels but bought a Rollator.

Sue is just a delight!
I highly recommend shopping at this location! Such friendly staff and a very clean facility and so well organized. It was such a pleasure shopping there today. I feel like I made friends, and I only went there once.

I love shopping here.The employees are always nice and friendly. I shop here about twice a week but the last couple times The stores temperature has made it to hot For enjoyable shopping.

Poor customer service.
I was told due to fitting rooms being closed that items were returnable.
They failed to mention that they don’t do refunds only store credit and you have only 30 days to use the refund?!!! Are you kidding me?! Absolutely ridiculous.
I prefer the Stratford location for a better experience and help. Only came here cause my grandparents live down the road. Won’t be returning after the ignorance of two co workers.

The selection is top notch, offering great finds. Goodwill holds a special place in my heart. I love that the purchases support job training programs and help people with disabilities.

Very nice new and gently used clothes and shoes. Many premium name brands. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I went there with the intention of buying a new vase to keep my child’s loose teeth in as she’s young and just starting losing them and my shopping was interrupted by a rude employee. I overheard a handsome young man being scolded for trying out a sofa that he intended to buy but wanted to try first. He was run out of the store by this wretched employees terrible disposition. I will bring my vase shopping elsewhere, terrible!

Staff member was condescending and disrespectful for no reason. I was testing a single seater sofa I was interested in buying when out of nowhere a staff member walking by told me I couldn’t sit the way I was sitting cause someone might want to buy it. That someone was me. I didn’t buy it. Please understand I wasn’t damaging it, didn’t have my shoes on it. Nothing of the sort. I believe her name was Amanda. For the record had Amanda spoken with more politeness I would not have written this review. Her request was perfectly rational and I did as she asked immediately. Her tone was completely unnecessary. Strange attitude for someone trying to sell secondhand goods.
