He’s racist. As soon as i walked in there with my brother he already had weird energy. Being rude asking us the same repeated questions like we can’t read the signs ourselves. Asked him if he had any Gwen Stacy and he replied disrespectful saying “find it yourself”. Didn’t feel welcomed and I felt rushed. Never going there again.

Rude owner. Hates kids, they're not allowed in. Caters to 50 year old virgins only. Cash only because the owner walked earth with Jesus. Dude needs to pull his head out of his keister. Constantly miserable. Shops like this killed the hobby.

First time ever going , the owner was very rude . Didn’t say anything when I walked in . He has these signs that you can barely notice because of how dimly lit the place is . And the signs are very rude . Complaining about how he still has to tell people comics are categorized alphabetically . The worst comic book shop experience I’ve ever had .

My experience at A Time Lost and Found wasn't the worst, but it certainly wasn't the best upon my first visit. It took some time for the store owner to warm up to me as I was shopping, which gave the initial impression of an unfriendly atmosphere. The store is smaller but houses a larger selection of back issues. (Note: There are no dollar bins at this shop.) The bins of that backstock are bagged but not boarded. The owner mentioned that these books' prices are based on standards from two decades ago, which could mean some hidden treasures at reasonable rates. However, it felt like these bins had been thoroughly picked over, leaving only a few gems here and there. I appreciated the owner's offer to "check the back" for specific titles I might seek, but I opted to explore the items already on the floor. Surprisingly, I did manage to find an issue from my hunt list at cover price, which was a definite win and made the trip worthwhile. Despite this positive find, I'm uncertain whether I'll find a reason to return. The store layout is cramped, with a significant drawback being the disorganized display of the books. Most of these issues are crammed onto bookshelves, stacked one behind the other or placed sideways. This makes browsing tricky and almost guarantees a domino-effect disaster if one isn't careful. It is worth mentioning that some prior reviews pointed out the owner's unkind or rude behavior, which I can now see where they're coming from. But I don't think he's being rude per se; just overly concerned about the stacked books being knocked over. Even though the owner acknowledged this problematic setup, it's apparent he hasn't taken any steps to improve it either. So, while there might be some hidden treasures to be found here, the overall vibe, layout, and owner's attitude left a lot to be desired. The quirky charm could appeal to some, but more is needed to outweigh the apparent flaws. **BONUS TIP: Bring cash. This store doesn't take anything else for payment.

Lots of comics. Found some issues that I was looking for but many are not priced or overpriced. Many issues were bagged but not boarded which is a turn off for me. Little disorganized but you could spends hours in there. Customer service was pleasant.

Prices were not all that bad. When we 1st walked in I had my 8 year old son with me. The owner (I'm assuming as he had barking dogs as we 1st walked in no person in sight though) and as soon as he realized I had a child he was very rude about having my son in the store, so my husband had to take him outside while I continued to look with my 14 year old. The guy kind of acted like he thought we didn't have any money as he mentioned many many times "you do know those are expensive right?" (The most expensive comic in the section was like 20 dollars)And I think he thought we were going to steal something as soon as we moved he went and checked all the books were left. When we asked about the books behind the counter he did not want to sell them to us because "they were too expensive" for us he said. So basically he judged us on how we looked. When we had question he did not give a direct answer shrugged his shoulders and said "everything different to every question.

I love this place. A huge selection of graphic novels, DC, Marvel, and more independent as well. There is usually some sort of art gallery, artist book signings, and more. And if you're the type to collect single issue comics, they have plenty to choose from towards the back.Something they do here that I never seen before is allow you to check out comics, almost like a library. I'm not sure how it works, because I never asked, but it's a pretty cool concept.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE!!!!Was out with a friend checking out new small comic shops and came across this store. When we first went in nobody was to be found, we only heard a bunch of barking dogs and the door chime going off. The door chime kept repeating since it was windy, so we went to make sure it stayed closed. The owner comes out, and we try to apologize and explain his door was being blown open. He gave us a death stare, and then proceeded to walk away, and urinate with the bathroom door open, while we were feet away.

Store is completely unorganized, doesn't take credit card or debt cards, owner was rude and could care less about any customers, also has a room of collectibles but never opens it up for customers. Waste of time

Somewhat disorganized. Except for the new arrivals nothing was on easy display, you had to dig thru leaning stacks to find out where you're at. After an hour of digging, the owner in the back room the entire time talking on the phone, I found a few things but couldn't buy them because he only takes cash.
