My 2015 Volkswagen Passat was completely destroyed on the passenger side and insurance didn’t cover it. I was scared I wouldn’t be able to afford to get it fixed as the damage was that severe. I asked around for recommendations to at least get an estimate and people recommended The Wreck Room. After having it towed to them for an estimate, the woman in the office (Britney) called me and said it’d be repairable. I knew I was looking at thousands of dollars regardless of where I went. (Costed me almost $5,000 overall but they were the most cost-effective) she told me they would look for used parts to save me money without me even asking if that was possible. My car was with them for a couple of weeks and I called incessantly for updates but Britney was so reassuring. When I picked my car up, it was in perfect mechanical/cosmetic condition again as if the accident never happened. They also provide a free warranty for their work. Needless to say, I’ve added comprehensive collision on my car before I even picked it up but God forbid I ever need a body shop in the future, I will choose them. Highly recommend.
