She figured out how to fax everything to the person I need to fax it to and then she told me it was like a dollar a page and then it was like so many pages and she did all the work and it was like 55 but you know what kiss the $55 away and let the girl get the money because it was terrifex service. Terrific!”
“Their employees are great! Extremely helpful and nice, young man at the front desk answered all of my questions and helped me ship a package. They only recently opened and most clients have now started coming to them because the usual post office nearby had closed down without notice. I have no problem with this considering how much better this location is considering it's closer to where I live and much more helpful. 5/5”

“This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.”
“The USPS counter person Jack Kelly is extremely helpful. Had a big project we needed to mail out. Over 100 unique packages. Jack took the time to handle everything while continuing to help other customers. Even though I was there 45 minutes I never felt rushed. He was very Professional! Thanks for his assistance!”

“On a Friday, I stopped by at noon and there were no lines and I was in a rush to go pick up my son at school. I was in the middle of my workday and business meetings and I ran in and, for some reason, decided I needed my phones for the 2 minutes I would be in there. Well, in my rush, I left both phones behind after paying my transaction. I went, picked up my son, and then finally noticed I was missing my phones. When I returned, not only was the nice man holding my phones but was even charging one of them! I mean, talk about the best customer service ever!Overall, he was also very helpful and courteous. This is the best postal office experience I’ve ever had in my life!And yes, I know, I’m an airhead…”

“My experiences with Belford post office over the years are amazing, for some reason if you take it to Belford it gets there a day or two earlier than any other post office around. I don’t understand how they do it. I guess they just don’t hang onto stuff when you leave it off. Always have been taken care of extremely well no matter how busy they are, they take care of the customers, greeting them courteously and answering any questions. I hope the management never changes because it’s definitely better than all other post offices that I’ve ever used. I hesitate to let everyone know about this wonderful post office for fear that they’ll get overwhelmed, but I can’t be selfish and keep it all to myself. Try it you’ll like it! I’m not even talking about home delivery sometimes a package will come on Sunday and it wasn’t even special delivery. Never gets lost in the mail when I use Belford. Very very happy with the service all of the services !”

“I don't know her name, but the manager who was there this morning (super cute rainbow hair and nails) was honestly a godsent. Yesterday, due to a miscommunication with the staff at staples, i mistakenly purchased staples gift cards, thinking they functioned the same as visa gift cards. When I realized the mistake that was made, i was so nervous that i would not get my money back since staples gift cards are non refundable. The manager went out of her way to help me out and make sure that I got my money back. She went to the office in the back and spent time she could have used otherwise to make sure I would get my money. Honestly this manager should get a raise and be promoted because she demonstrated her skill and capability WITH compassion and grace, and there aren't many people like that. THANK YOU SO MUCH”
