There is a lot of drug activity on the parking lot where they used to have the drive through and Walgreens doesn't do anything, homeless people living in there and they think they own the place. In day bright light people with cars with childrens inside coming to do illegal activity businesses Walgreens has a blindfold.

First did not want take my insurance because it was too much work. They gave me 10 pills instead of 30 pills. When I told them the lady made a nasty face because she got called out. I’m not sure if they can count 123 or taking some pills for the road ?

Don’t go to Wagreens pharmacy go to CVS and save yourself the headache. Their system is hacked supposedly in the entire state of NJ so they couldn’t bill my insurance for a covid vaccine thus I couldn’t get it. Mind you, the covid vaccine is free until December 2024 through the bridge access program that i quote “provides free COVID-19 vaccines to adults without health insurance and adults whose insurance does not cover all COVID-19 costs”. So they’re telling me any bum from the street can walk in and get a free shot but since i got an insurance and they cannot bill it, i cannot get the free vaccine. Waited a month before i went second time - they still told me the system is down and offered to pay out of pocket. Have to pay for the insurance and still pay for the covid vaccine? Free for everyone but I have to pay - crazy. Went to CVS same day and got it for free with insurance. No questions, no waiting time. Easy.

Customer service is awful and their staff is very rude . Plus I was locked in their store and trapped inside and couldn’t get out for over 4 hours one night. I had to call the police to try and get out since their night manager closed their store and locked me in without making sure everyone had left first or even announcing they were closing and no one could come and get me out for hours . Thankgod for the ACPD who kindly waited with me and kept me company until one of their managers was able to bring a key to open the store and let me out .

Coupon here, 1 of only 2 pharmacy in town the other is Walgreens also. There is always a long line for the store and pharmacy. Send pointless to call pharmacy bc her hung up on.. plus there's a police officer there always bc of theft and ppl being rude bc of long lines. I do love the staff tho most of them done are rude
