Hours say they are open till 6:00 pm, but I arrived at 2:15 pm and two women were cleaning and a customer was sitting at a table eating a sandwich. The one lady tells me that the kitchen is closed. I told her that I only wanted to purchase a half dozen bagels. She said she cannot sell them to me then goes back to her mopping. My companion pointed out that the hours are posted online as being open until 6:00 pm. She just shrugged and went back to mopping. I get it you are closing up and you want to get home, but you could have been nice about rather than dismiss us as a nuisance! But from some of the other terrible reviews, I guess we dodged a bullet!

Great place if you want to throw away your money and food. I bought 3 egg sandwiches for me and my family none of us were able to eat half of one. They need to close the shop down ?. And hire new staff. Don't eat here a lot of other places near by.

Cashiers & other staff were so polite & helpful.Had a smile on their face everyday & after my experience at the Tropicana I really needed that. Thank you girls
