I was greeted right away and that's a plus for me walking into any establishment! The reps there were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The space was clean and bright. The gentleman who assisted me answered all of my questions and it was nice to see that I had his undivided attention.

Instructions for new cellphone was not offered..l had to start cell with my charger so the worker would transfer(quite reluctantly)my info .I felt like l was an interruption to her..only because other worker was listening and watching when l said my neice said everything is in a thing called CLOUD did she even attempt to do transfer.However she was very quick to tell me my insurance would only cover if she sent phone back and had new one sent when they could..so l ended up paying $59 and a monthly deduct for 24 months,bought a cover over the cell and one around the cell.First she said there was no charger given with phone..then l looked and emptied the box and a charger slipped out.She was so slow helping but grabbed my credit card and totaled everything so quickly.Then I asked how to get transportation back to hotel she said she's not from there and to just keep walking and maybe I'll bump into a bus.I never complain but this was a very bad experience and l was trapped as l was away from home and needed a working cell.

Went there last week went to try to pay my iPhone 12 Pro Max in cash they said only debit or credit card only required. Then I asked I need a new screen protector because it was coming off. they had me pay for another one which I already got insurance for the phone I went to another T-Mobile and they told me this one didn’t wanna help me…….which is so true THIS STORE NEEDs NEW EMPLOYEES that treat customers properly as are respectful and know the rules … worst place to buy a phone with the accessories

I switched from Verizon to try to save some money HUGE MISTAKE! This company is completely disorganized and you’ll never get a straight answer. I received my bill which was 15.00 higher than I was quoted. I called got nothing but a run around. The website barely works the app also barley works the customer service terrible they keep telling you they’re sorry if you go with this company it’s YOU that will be sorry
