My recent visit to the Starbucks location at Harrah's hotel left much to be desired. The morning crew exhibited unprofessional behavior, with a noticeable lack of customer service and a dismissive attitude. It was disheartening to encounter such rudeness from individuals representing a renowned brand like Starbucks. It's evident that the staff members need additional training in customer relations. I hope that management takes swift action to address these issues, as they do not reflect well on the Starbucks brand. Improvement in staff attitude and service quality is essential to uphold the reputation of this establishment.

I got on the line at 10:40 a.m. and actually reached the cashier at 11. I ordered in 2 mins and got my order 15 mins later... They are the epitome of slow. Good luck.

My drinks are always so good here. Idk what it is but they are so much better than the Starbucks around where I live.

Although there is always a wait, you usually get through it really quickly. In order to expedite my order, I consistently want the same drink. The interior of the establishment is absolutely lovely, with plenty of seating.

Yes, very well maintained staff friendly knowledgeable respectful willing to help. Handicap accessible wheelchair accessible walker accessible. Willing to help all that need assistance. Food products are good coffee good. The only problem that all the stores in Harrah's has is that they are on the pricey side. But when you are at a conference you are stranded there. A cheese Danish and coffee cost, I think, around 14 dollars. I could be wrong but pretty close to it.Vegetarian options: Yes, they have vegetarian meals willing to help out with your needs.Dietary restrictions: Willing to help out your dietary needs just simply ask.Parking: Depending if you are a guest for casino consumers. You could get free parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes, very kid friendly, they have for all.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair accessible walker accessible. No handicap is a problem.

Starbucks located inside Harrah's Resort. The staff are polite, friendly and attentive. The store is clean and well maintained. All the Coffee, beverages and food items are well made. Check them out at the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City NJ.

The food was good. I ordered my usual the lemon cake and my iced chai tea latte. Everyone was friendly and attentive to all the customers expect one person when I asked him could I get a straw I know he heard me because he repeated it bur then Im standing there waiting for the straw & he just starts serving people next to me that ordered after me so I had to ask someone else to get me the straw because it was behind the counter & I couldn’t get it myself.

The location in the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City are Very understaffed and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time i ordered i was ignored and 3 orders were filled that order after me before i received my order, i actually had to ask where it was. My second days's order I had no issues; staff were friendly and prompt. The last order on my last day was not a fun/ or professional. First off again understaffed for a resort. I stood in line for 35 mins with maybe 4 staff members at 730 in the morning of a Friday. I place my order for a Frappuccino and a bacon Sausage egg wrap and paid for my order. So I was ushered to the end of the counter to pick-up. I was not waiting long when I saw 2 another barrista looking at my meal request on the package. One of them than came over and told me they didn't have that wrap and if I want the spinach or refubd, I declined the spinach and requested a refund. This barrista ushered me to the cash and attempted something on the register ( complaining the whole time) and than told me she had to call a Manager. The barrista left the counter to the make the call, and was unsuccessful at reaching anyone and returned to tell me she was unable to help me at this time. As I was on a time restriction as it was my checkout and travel day I was unable to stay. The barrista was a bit rude and indicated when the manager was in they would fix it. They didn't even take my info or give me info for the store manager. I called the store today to inquire and can not get through to the store ..wow DO NOT RECOMMEND STARBUCKS THE HARRAH RESORT
