Camilla & Charles at the register were amazing! I complimented them on the store. It’s kept immaculate and the cleaning team doing an amazing job. 1st time here I’ll come back when I’m down this way. What a wonderful experience! Retail is an under appreciated industry but without it we’d be complaining so I greatly appreciate all retail & service members for their hard work. Just bc lockdown is over doesn’t mean we should stop appreciating people especially those adding to the value of our daily lives! Thank you all who show up even when it’s hard bc let’s be real it can be hard but thanks for making my day better!

This is a gas station. Theoretically you can buy gas here. However service is SO poor that it will take a LONG time. Understaffed and workers are not engaged- no hustle at all. Waited here 10 minutes before leaving without gas. Attendant was filling ONE tank at a time before servicing others and DID not go in order- just whomever was physically closer to him. Do not recommend and will not be back

This gas station is cheating customers using Hard Rock comp dollars to purchase gas. I always came here to fill up my car using Hard Rock casino comp dollars. According to the gas station attendant, when you ask to fill up gasoline the system will charge $100 as deposit. When the filling is done , let say the total purchase is $70 they should refund $100 deposit and charge actual purchase amount of $70. I found out that many time they did not refund the $100 deposit. When I ask to speak to the gas station manager, it was always not available and the gas station attend told me I should talk to the reward center for the refund. The reward center people told me I need to talk to the host. They all passing the buck. So I thought instead of filling up I told them to fill up a specific amount of gas in order to avoid being charge $100 extra. I purchase $55 of gas. Being a X card holder they suppose deduct my comp dollars one to one. Yet when I check my comp dollar transactions they deduct $110 from my card. When I complained the overcharge to the gas station attendant the next trip they asked do I have a receipt. Who would ask a receipt when you don’t have to pay for the gas using casino player card comp dollars? So the last time I filled $35 and ask for a receipt. Guess what, Rocktane still charged me double $70. After so many complaints to the gas station attendants nothing was done to correct the overcharge. I have calculated that as far as I can remember for the last two months I was over charged at least $430 comp dollars. Who knows how long they have been ripping offs casino customers! Am I supposed file complaints to Consumer affairs department or the gas station license authority?

My visit was on 1/31/24. I wanted to get air in my tires and the hose was cut, so no air. Needed a quart of oil and turns out they don't sell any. The gas attendant was too busy doing nothing and 10 min later he said "I have to reset the system". So came back another 10 min later to pump the gas. Mind you i was the on only car in there. That experience couldn't be any worse.

Rocktane gas attendant was to busy talking to another employees with 2 cars in lot to let us wait 15 minutes to the point where it was done our selves. Went into the store, came back and finished for him to come and tell us we broke the law and pointed to the cameras and said good luck with your imaginary fine coming in the mail. Was extremely rude and unprofessional and if he wasn’t to busy gossiping could’ve avoided the issue and did his job. Car had 4 X card members in it and was a long expensive weekend. A little professionalism would be nice! 10/28 at 12pm both attendants

Not worth a single star!! When I asked to fill up my Mitsubishi compact car, the bill was $100. The actual price was $30, but when I asked why $100 was calculated, they said it would be repaid after cancellation, which was a scam. It's truly the worst experience. America's image can get worse because of these scumbags.

Why did Hardrock Casino, offer me a voucher for a Free Car Wash in August, I went 3 times and they were closed. On Sept 3rd another voucher I tried to use it Sept 5, 2023 and yes they were closed. Why offer the benefit and I can't take advantage of it!!!
