Very satisfied with the service, I like the fact that there are people who speak Spanish so they can help whoever they need.There is a very pretty cashier I think her name is Jennifer, she is a very beautiful Latina, very good customer service!

This is one of the worst walgreens i have ever been too the drive through of the pharmacy is such a bad place to be in, stood there for 30 mins and it was not even busy the lady came drinking juice and was rude

Do not get your things printed here, had to pick up business poster for Memorial Day weekend. after their system said to pick it up they tell me to come back the next day that it’ll be ready. I show up the next day in the morning when they tell me to show up low and behold it’s not ready. Now the excuse is they don’t have the paper. I asked to speak to a manager and they tell me they don’t have for the entirety of Memorial Day weekend. I don’t know what asinine business practice that is but a manager not working a holiday weekend as busy as this one in a resort town is honestly the worst possible idea, but I digress, they told me to come back Tuesday. At this point I won’t be needing the sign. Horrible service

How sad I am from NY every time I come to NJ I come to this Pharmacy, today my 10 and 3 year old needed to use the restroom and I ask to please let them use the restroom they denied and said it was their policy how sad is this denie a restroom to kids you really have to be cold hearted, I would understand if it was an adult but to a kid, I hope if they have kids no one do that to their kids.

The store is fine but when it comes to someone helping you with just say coupons or something else it’s like your speaking a language out of this world.Now the pharmacy O M G .. every single time I need my prescriptions needs a refilled it’s a few day ordeal because they have new people all the time that don’t know what they’re doing and if you call the them on phone they will keep you on hold for ever or no one answers and don’t know how fill your prescription when I have same issues ever. Single. Month & same Walgreens…. Same issues even other people I talk to have same issues or problems with this particular WALGREENS..Now if I go to another Walgreens I have 0 issues WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE??? It’s frustrating because they think these meds are not in emergency issues sometimes and I’m telling you now something is going to happen to someone because they don’t know how to bill your insurance or they tell you it’s too soon when 100% it’s not.. it’s unbelievable there is not a lawsuit yet. They obviously have a issue there at 3218 Atlantic Ave Atlantic City Walgreens. Fix this place plz .

I really tried to work this out directly with the store but they make it hard to do so. My credit card was stolen in Atlantic City. The next day a transaction appeared on my credit card statement for $2.95 and was instantly refunded from this Walgreens location. My opinion of that is that a Walgreens employee may somehow be involved in a credit card fraud at the location. Why else would a transaction be made and immediately refunded? Only an employee can refund a transaction. I would assume the card is being tested to see if it works.Since potential credit card fraud is happening at this Walgreens I attempted to call the manager and report it to them to see who may have access to my credit card. Multiple calls were unfruitful in getting a manager on the phone until I finally got Juppiter Jackson who said they’d look into it and get back to me. I emailed them details and they never got back to me. I emailed following up and Juppiter told me they were laid off but theManager on duty is aware of the situation. I’ve still received no communication from the manager.I reported this situation to Atlantic City police department but very careful here sharing your credit card because fraud was committed on my credit card at this location.

The people that work here just have an attitude for no reason! Working with people takes customers service skills which they don’t have what so ever!! Like to be honest I don’t know how these people even got a job there like I really don’t understand!!! Very poor service and it reflects on Walgreens as a whole!!

NOT OPEN 24 hours that is a lie… they close at 10pm.Amazing how they just never pick up the phone at the pharmacy, no matter what time I called last week, they never picked up.

Everytime I come to the drive thru pharmacy I have to wait over a half hour , I go inside same thing. I was at the 2nd window tonight for over half hour to tell me it doesn't work after he saw me sitting there and he helped the guy that just pulled up after I asked him if he was going to help me he had a sarcastic attitude. Customer service is horrible !!!
