Nastiest pharmacy tech I’ve ever seen. Younger woman with box braids. Refused to let me use a GoodRx coupon. She said “we already applied a discount” despite the price of the medication still being DOUBLE of what I pay at ShopRite. It was most likely because it was too much of an inconvenience for her to punch a few numbers in the computer or whatever tf they have to do to redeem a coupon. Whatever. I’m not pressed for cash, just unprofessional. It’s not like she was super busy standing behind the counter texting on her phone prior to me approaching anyway. I still said “thank you!” after the transaction was complete but unfortunately I was given a cold “mhmm”.
It may be more practical distance wise for AC but do yourself a favor and GO OFF THE ISLAND TO ANOTHER WALGREENS THAT WONT TREAT YOU LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE!

This store is the dirtiest and messiest Walgreens I've ever entered. The employees were about as helpful as they could be, but they still failed to have a bag big enough for my purchases. Items were scattered all over the aisles, anything over $10 seemed to be locked up. Half the bins in the travel size department were empty.
Seems to be a bad area - couple pedestrians were yelling profanities at each other outside the store. I know you can't do much about the surrounding area, but at least do better inside the store.

Multiple times, i ordered online around 9 am, and my order would still be in progress around 2pm. Everytime i call they say we dont have any order from you and then put me hold for 5 minutes. While on hold they fulfill the order and then hang up. If yall aint feel like doing your job, just say that. you dont have to lie

The store is clean and the pharmacy was good, but since I entered the store there was a police officer young white male, March 26th 2023, and a Philippine/Chinese young woman that was sitting at some table at the entrance were making comments, making fun of some customers, especially the LGBT customers, there was a lady who got upset because they were making fun of her son, right in front of her face and they didn't care, I noticed they acted very unprofessional and disrespectful. They're supposed to be doing their job and not becoming bodies on hate crime descriminating, I'm sure they have also an LGBT on their closet at home or a family member, I don't understand why these people, make fun of others, when they have a skeletons on their closet.

They were able to vaccinate me at a very short notice when all the other pharmacies in the area werent carrying the MMR vaccine. I needed this vaccine for my new job. I appreciate the kind staff.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrendous. They DO NOT CARE and they make that clear. 5 calls to get through 10 to 15 minutes each try. They received my prescription yesterday and simply ignored it... HORRIBLE
