The staff are extremely friendly and the place is always clean. The one (of three) ATM's gives $50's which is great for taking out large amounts of money. This has been my bank for more than 10 years and I'll never switch

Benzhea was great and made it such a great experience at the bank. My mortgage lender required documents and she printed them and understood what was needed with ease. She had been patient with me as well. She ensure that I got everything and even asked if I may need anything else. She was great she should get a raise! She’s not the bitter people that work at the bank but the I’m happy to be here people. ?

Was just at the PNC bank in Atlantic City 6/21/22 very long lines but n the drive through, thought it was Chick-fil-A for a minute, decided to go inside no one in line I go to the first teller who is on the phone showing me her index finger to wait a minute, I go to the next teller and she tells me to wait away from the counter until she calls me. No customer service at all, I’m pulling my money out of that garbage bank ???

My account has been under review by Terri Hoover and I have had zero response from her for over a month there was no fraudulent activity and she was very accusing. She told me she would stay in touch and haven't heard a peep from her. Very unprofessional in my book. I have sent her 6 emails and left several voicemails and nothing. I just want my money

Excellent, I've been with them for 8 years and I haven't changed them because I've had my account with another bank and I didn't like it. PNC is the best bank I've ever had.

Always friendly and helpful. They offer a checking account for seniors that has no fees, no minimum and a debit card. A very good deal for seniors. And they are the only bank in a neighborhood that is underserved by other banks.
