Super expensive place I paid over 800 for a necklace I found literally everywhere else for 400 -500. I'd avoid unless you enjoy paying 2x what things are worth everywhere else.

Wonderful service!!! In August we stopped in and purchased wedding bands (we’ve been married for 35 years), and our old rings were shot. The service was great, but the follow-up response was what will keep us coming back to them. The diamond ring we purchased lost a stone and I contacted them via phone and text. The owner asked that we stop in and they would make it right. We live about 4 hours away and we didn’t want to travel with the pandemic. I mailed the ring to them and they contacted me when they received it. Likewise, they let me know when the ring was fixed and mailed out. The ring was fixed and cleaned. The owner stated that they also checked the other diamond and posts. My wife was thrilled, which of course, makes me happy. The employees were quick to respond to my many texts and the turn around time was quick. I will recommend Palace Jewelry to my family and friends. 5 stars! Roger S. New Milford, PA

I shop often in this store and I am always treated like a star. The staff is so very helpful and patient. Nothing is too.much trouble. The Selection of jewelry is great. They offer beautiful sterling silver pieces to gold, diamonds, gemstones. They have a jeweler on premises who will do repairs and even create a new piece for you or transform an old piece into something beautiful. I would recommend this store to anyone. The prices are unbeatable. The wonderful owner, Sara is someone who will make sure you get what you want. You will be happy you took the time to visit tho store. There is never any pressure to buy.
