This store is absolutely atrocious it doesn't even deserve a rating. I walked into today on a Sunday, without even being greeted or helped. Three ladies were just standing in a group conversing amongst each other. I needed help to find a pair of heels for my sister’s wedding i go up to the 3 ladies asking for assistance. They did not have any my size I asked if they could possibly have them online if she could check because I would have greatly appreciated it . Without even moving to check they huffed and puffed and rolled their eyes and said no. The review about liz is correct! The other young lady crystal was NOT very helpful. would not recommend this place to ANYONE! I hope this gets some attention and their higher up shows some action to these situations. They just hire anyone it seems like.

That manger Luz/Liz was a disrespectful rude ignorant mean very unprofessional lady she spoke so out of content to me if off broadway shoes have her a front appearance for there business it’s a shame she showed off so bad infront of her young colleagues how are setting an example as a manger poor customer service a high and if I had corporate number which I am going to search I will let know how embarrassing she is to store.

Normally a great store. Caught an Uber just for them to close 20 minutes early. It’s only 5:44pm and I already left the store

Rude employers. They don’t want to help you or let you try shoes. They expects you to buy any shoes that you try. Not helpful, on their phone all the time. Never going back there again. Bad customer service. All the bad customer reviews are true about this store. The owner should be careful about hiring some nice peoples.

Large selection. Good prices and a BOGO 1/2 price 2nd pair. Store is well lit and organized. Price signs/stock placement could use a little organizing but overall the visit was worth it on value for the dollar.
