The casino is excellent however they do not offer Perfect Pairs blackjack. That is the only game we like to play and they did not offer it!

Great place! We love the hotel. So huge! Loved pool area. Liked some restaurants are open 24/7. We were kind of afraid seeing sone reviews on the boardwalk but we look local bus (2.50 trip) to it. Wasn’t busy, store owners very nice! Some great deals on shirts. Will def go back to the Borgata.

Comp cards constantly don’t work in many slots desk person admitted they have a problem with them this is going on for months and surely the casino executives know this but will not fix the problem customers are losing thousands in comps they should be reported to the casino control commission!

Spent a weekend getaway for my wife's Birthday! A very nice getaway with great accommodations. Once we get to The Borgarta we normally never move our vehicles until check-out time.

When we attended several events as we have over the years, one employee was allow to sexually assault my wife and the staff disregarded and when she stood up for herself the staff disrespected her claims when it is clearly available on video. They stood by while the man was allow to continue to intimidate her.

Very Expensive, Super Rude Employees. Were mad that I unfolded a shirt to look at. Came at me, grabbed the shirt and went to the desk to re-fold while I stood there. I was gonna buy it but after that I did not.

So they place sticker over MSRP to make it look like you are getting a deal. I take the sticker off and MSRP is $1 less. Really? Ruin your reputation over a $1? It’s not the $1, it’s the principle.

The girl who works in the store is very rude. I spoke to her several times. Hello, hello, HELLO, with eye contact. I thought she didn't hear me at first. She refused to speak. My husband and I and another gentleman were the only ones in the store. My husband shops here every time we visit Atlantic City. Absolutely RUDE

We have been going to Borgata on and off for the last decade. It is one of the best hotels if not the best in AC. Rooms are very pricey and are rarely discounted. However you get what you pay for and it is a nice treat once in a while. On the casino floor I find it difficult to get on Craps tables. Most of the other games have plenty of space. The comps are horrible, probably the worst in AC. After playing for over 12 hours in one go both my wife and I got a measly $2 each after loosing 2K combined on the craps tables. After that we don't play there anymore taking our gaming across the street to the Nugget. The water tower is great, rooms are well taken care of and the beds/sheets are lovely. The spa is excellent and the indoor pool is such a nice place to relax. So all in all, love the hotel, hate the casino. Forgot to mention the food. Plenty of restaurants ranging from Wolfgang pucks to a very nice selection of quick bites to eat. Stay clear of the new burger place that used to be a Fat Burger. We both ran for the bathroom minutes after eating there.

We came here for my dad's 90th birthday dinner at Izakaya. Great interesting menu. Food and service was amazing!The lobby area was very nice too, the Chihuly fixtures were gorgeous!
