No changes,still no communication and little to none Customer Service only if you approach them for help.
They are not customer focus at all, only at the register.
Example there a wonderful sale with extra off being a member of an extra 15%, but there's no engagement from team members our the female manager at all.
This is a wonderful store but no character from employees to shop. U could be doing better like you promise but .
I guess that you're not getting the memo

What about this Levi the store is nice and neat the service sucks they don't greet you for say goodbye when you leave or even asked if you need any help everybody is always at the counter or they're doing something with work related unless you go to them to stop them what they're doing that's the only way you get help at this place

All the dressing rooms were closed and nothing could be measured. It was only 6.30 pm

Went in today to exchange an online order. All the girls working there were absolute dolls. They were super helpful and friendly. This location in particular didn’t have what I needed, but I was able to make an online order and they were able to give me a promotion match that was going on in store. I will definitely be returning next time I need a new pair of jeans.

I was AC overnight and I decided to stop on my way back to Delaware. Signs on the door say open 10 am on Sundays and even on Google. Someone needs to change that.

Management requires training. They talk to their staff with such disgust like their below them or something. Wouldn’t want to shop in place where the staff is reprimanded or “SHADED” in front of customers. They need to do better. As a manager of my own store I wouldn’t want that to be what represents my store or the business that I work with.
