Nycki Boyle and Dan Maida both provided excellent customer service. They took care of our needs seamlessly. It was a pleasure working with them. I believe they went above and beyond to service our distinct requirements to lease a new car at this difficult time. They also honored the purchase record of my recently deceased father at the dealership and treated me with special care. Thank you Nycki and Dan!

This was the best car dealer experience I have ever had and I'm 74 years old and have bought only new cars all my life. Jeff was EXTREMELY helpful and very knowledgeable with respect to Corvettes. We left the dealership pleased and with a new Corvette, when was the last time anyone has heard these words after going through the insane nonsense a customer is usually put through at a new car dealer?

Extremely upset. My husband and I are looking to purchase 2 vehicles. He found 1 he really liked and I found a few I wanted to go see. Since we live far-ish away and we both work late, I decided to call to make sure they had the truck he wanted there still. The person on the phone checked and said yes but there had been a lot of interest and encouraged us to come in to see it. He made an appt for us and said it was OK to get there by 6:30p.
We SCRAMBLED to move stuff around and get out of work early, loaded up the kids and drove all the way there to be told by a woman that she seen my name come up in the appointment thing but that truck had been sold weeks ago and wasnt sure why it was even up.
So..
1. Why keep a vehicle up that long if its not available?
2. Why tell someone its available, when its not?
3. If you saw my name in the system & knew it wasnt available - Why not call me knowing I was likely on my way?
4. There was no offer to even look at other vehicles that could be on the lot OR to ask if we needed anything else as I at least would have looked at the several cars that I liked.
So yeah. Im not picky. However, I value my time and good communication. Both of which seemed to be lost coming here. Guess ill have to go buy them somewhere else. What a shame.

I inquired with Nick over the Internet about a Chevy Trax and the Buick encore we went back and forth depending on my availability I texted him if you was available I didn't get a response.
I headed over to the dealership I was looking at the cars on the lot a black gentleman around 25-30 years old I approached him ask him if he was Nick he said no Nick is in the office he only does sales online. The gentleman took my number and said he'll text me a business card he was very busy and there's nobody to take care of me.
I never got a text or a business card on Saturday the 17th at approximately 5:15 p.m. I was in the area I went to the dealership where all the Corvettes are. I parked my car I got out to look at the one of the car that I wanted to purchase when a gentleman about 5 ft 8 in heavy set with slick hair wearing beige boots started yelling we closing I'm going to lock you in here you got to get out. I said I'm rolling out right now I was just looking at a car he responded you got to get out now get out now as I'm literally opening up my car door to get in. I turned around and said I'm rolling out now man what is wrong with you he's like I'll call the cops so anyhow we exchanged a couple of words and they were not very kind. He made point to tell me that he's Italian like that means something to me.
Long story short I will not be buying any cars from there. As long as that guy works there by the way I buy a lot of fleet vehicles for my business.

The people at Ciocca are pretty nice. Sam is a really great guy, he makes it actually a great experience. My new car is bangin! Thank you guys!
Update; It was time for an oil change, so I took the car on and they have a new device in which it does some analytic figurations as you drive over it. They recommended a rear alignment, it helped tremendously, they did me a big favor. I needed transmission oil change, so they gave me a new sensor and drop the pan anyhow, So I wasn't charged for a transmission change after all.
They have the nicest people there in the Service Department Josh, Lindsay, and even the General Manager treated me like a king. They are the utmost professional, efficient, and friendliest Service and Car Dealership in this area.

We had spent quite a while researching and visiting dealerships to find the Corvette we wanted. As soon as we got to Ciocca and met Dane Defeo the real education began. Dane was very knowledgeable and he was immediately explaining what features are available and what they do. I wish we had started with your dealership and especially Dane. I even worked with some of the other large Corvette dealers in the country through this process, and Dane stands out as by far the best. I have bought quite a few cars over the year and Dane is one of my best experience with with buying a new car.
