So far the failed to record my appointment for today 8/27 @ 9 am. I came in for 1st oil change on my 2024 Tahoe...it is now 11.30 and im still in the waiting area...Jiffy lube 15 min in and out. It shouldn't take over 2 hours

Had a great experience at this dealership getting a new car at the beginning of last month. We had not so great experiences at our more local dealerships and decided to just check with each dealership within preferred driving range for pricing and Ciocca AC was the most reasonable first price via phone to get us in the door. We worked with Declan, a sales rep., and he was great, no hard sales tactics and went above and beyond when some hiccups came around. He even dropped us off at the AC outlets for shopping while the car was getting prepped so we didn’t have to wait around. Picked us up when the car was ready and we were on our way. This will probably be the first time in a long time where I may return to the same dealership when we are ready for another new car again. It was a night and day difference compared to our adventures at nearby Cadillac and Genesis dealerships in Ocean and Monmouth Co… we are much appreciative to Declan and the Ciocca team for an atypical and pleasant experience when shopping for a new car!

After a good experience with the sales team, I was deeply disappointed with the service dept. I drove 30 minutes for my appt that was scheduled for 12 noon. On arrival I was told it was lunchtime and would be about an hour and a half to do the oil change.
Why would you schedule an appt if nobody was going to be there. I am a loyal customer and bought my last 4 cars at Bennett and never experienced anything like this. I will not be entering your doors again.

Leased 2 vehicles from Ciocca Cadillac, our sales representative Alejandro was knowledgeable and personable. Nick walked us through the process with ease. They are 2 great representatives of Ciocca Cadillac and that’s why we came back and will return for another lease vehicle in 2 months. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants to be treated like they should be treated. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Terrible fiance person,I was told that I had to lease 2024 cadalac xt4 (which cost ($39,000)for payments to me be in 500 and all money from lease would go towards in to car if decide to buy.my payments are 570 month for 39 months which comes to around $22,000 put $5000 down,plus trade in for $3,000.Thats around $30,000 for a car that was $39,000.If I buy car after lease term would be $22,000 left.If I chose to buy car it would be close to $60,000,with tear 1 credit.Not fair,not good business, be ware Iam just out of $30,000 for 39 months. Where did $5,000 cash and $3,000trade in credit go to cause it sure ain't go to car.

I purchased a Cadillac XT-5 and it was a very enjoyable, no stress experience! I was greeted by a salesman named Brett who was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me a variety of cars in my price range with no pressure sales. When I selected my car he made the process of purchasing the car a very pleasant experience. The Finance Manager Michael was very knowledgeable on getting the best financing rates in line with my requested monthly payments . He also throughly explained the extended warranty and his recommendation and again with no pressure sales. There Service Department was excellent and prepared delivery of my car with great detail and care that I have never experienced in past purchases from other dealerships. If you’re looking for the best you have found it with Ciocca.Mr. Ciocca you should be proud of your team and the customer satisfaction that they provide.
