Worst experience! Every other hotel has happy people behind the front desk. He was so cranky, definitely didn’t even try to show that he crew about his job! He did not tell me I had to put a deposit, just told me to pay without any explanation. Booked me a room I didn’t not ask for because he said the towers are closed due to maintenance. What does that even mean?! I’ve never had such an unpleasant, unprofessional experience!

Decent stay at Harrahs, the room was inexpensive and pretty clean and modern; staff were lovely. The shared spaces however could benefit from more frequent cleaning (food areas, elevators etc).My main gripe with Harrahs was that there were simply not enough morning/daytime food options to accommodate all the guests, I waited to eat at the diner/cafe for an hour, and there is only one coffee place (Starbucks) in the entire establishment for which the lines are super long at any time of day. Other hotels in the area had more food options by a long shot but require a shuttle to get there; so I guess you get what you pay for in that respect. Not unique to Harrahs-the casino cigarette smoking is outdated and disgusting and should be relegated to one small area, if at all.Walkability: Harrahs is a bit of a ways away from the boardwalk and other venues, but there is a free weekend shuttle and cheap daily jitney to transport between areas.Food & drinks: Not enough food options for morning/daytime, some things open at 12 and most not until evening.

This casino and resort continues to go down hill. My wife and I have been coming here for years to get away during the winter months to use the indoor pool area and gamble a bit. Over the years, they have gone from 5 hot tubs to one hot tub that is often over crowded. This year, they won't let you bring any food or drinks from the restaurants IN THE RESORT into the pool area (you have to order it from within). Not even a cup of coffee, which they don't offer inside. Hey Harrah's, if the restaurants in your resort do well, they'll keep paying you rent which I assume is more than you make from the Pools bar. They'll add these rules, but the person sitting next to you can talk as loud as she wants on FaceTime ?. Let's not forget that they are now charging you admission to just sit in the Sportsbook. It's all these non-customer centric adjustments they've made recently that has forced me to look for alternatives venues for my discretionary income. I'm a capitalist so I'm all about increasing revenue but it can't be at the expense of the customer experience.

I just left from the resort the first night everything was ok the room was decent or so we thought that next morning when looking at the beds sheets and chairs my mom noticed that the sheets that they gave us where dirty and ripped also we did not have any blankets and instead like 5 sheets that we just had to deal with because we were all tired from the drive and being at a football game prior to going to the resort.we had house keeping come in to look at what we where talking about and she said she’s the one that “cleaned” when my mother explained that this wasn’t clean she started to get a nasty attitude with my mother.but they changed our room and upgraded us to a nicer room now at first I didn’t go to the room because I was eating downstairs but when we came in everything was ok until night time and my brother pulled out a pregnancy test and said it was under the pillow.now I’m staring to think do they clean these rooms because you really can’t miss that.other than the actual hotel rooms the prices were very overpriced and it was 5$ for a drink! Also the pool wasn’t open for kids or ages under 22 so that was also a downside but i do not recommend this hotel was very overpriced and just gave us a kinda stressful vacation.(this was are first time going there)they did have a arcade and casino tho! It’s just not something you should go to if you have small kids or teens because like I said very overpriced the only fun thing was the arcadeRooms: The rooms look nice but were dirty and we found a pregnancy test in one of them(let me add that it was used)Nearby activities: The pool was closed for kids for sometime I’m not sure when they open back up but theirs also a casino and arcadeFood & drinks: Very overpriced 5$ for a drink and payed almost 100$ for 2 pizzas and chicken the pizza was really big though

She rebooked me for almost the same price. She was very nice and helpful. I appreciate that so much.Noteworthy details: Hotel is beautiful staff are excellent

Went back for the first time in a while (pandemic etc.),boy has this place gone downhill! Was charged $265.00 for a rundown tiny room with a view of the building next to us. I had to apologize to my wife for the awful experience. Couldn't wait to leave.

Absolute worst experience. Had to call security twice at 3 am because the room next door was causing a disturbance. Asked for another room. Front desk refused to make accommodations. Aside from the horrible experience the food options are garbage as well with the exception of Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Chicken guy gross chicken. And Bobby flay burgers crappy burgers. This place and crowd that goes here is totally ghetto. Never coming back to this hotel. Should have stayed at the Borgata instead.

While the Harrah's is still a nice hotel, i had a few issues with how they're conducting business. First, why am I as a guest paying to use the pool?, Second why am I a guest being charged $50 just to sit at the sportsbook and catch a game? I've never seen that in my life. Third why are there so few options for food? Bad food at that and overpriced! Harrah's you guys have lost your ways. I'm taking my business to the Borgata from now on.

The room service is horrible. I used to love this place. I don't know what happened but the service went from a 10 to -1.

My recent stay at Harrah's Atlantic City was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of activities. Cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout, contributing to a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel offers no amenities. They don't have electric vehicle charging in the year 2024. The Chargers in the rooms don't work. So much for following modern trends. This place might as well be in the 80

HORRIBLE experience! I would not recommend this so called "4 star" hotel to anyone! For reference, my stay was this past Saturday, 4/21/18.- Check-in took almost an hour and half at 9pm! Only 2 staff members on a completely booked Saturday night? The "express check-in" kiosks didn't work.- The room I booked wasn’t available and the staff tried to make a bunch of excuses for it. They offered me a cheaper room but refused to offer any amount of credit. I spent extra money at the time of booking for A)a 2 bed room, and B)a “newly renovated bayview room”. Turns out these are considered "preferences", despite costing more at time of booking? The cheaper room they claimed was the same could have been booked for $40-$50 less than what I paid.- Since they didn't have the double bed room I booked, they promised to deliver a roll-out bed to our room within 2 hours. Did they ever bring it? NOPE.- The room reeked like smoke despite being a 'non smoking' room. The bed, bathroom, and room in general was filthy and gross. I called the front desk and asked if I could be moved but was told there were absolutely zero other rooms available. Strangely enough though, there was still a line of people checking in when I went downstairs 15 minutes later, so...Bottom line: I'm sympathetic and understand stuff happens. I've never left a single bad review online. However, staff at the hotel refused to acknowledge or show even a small amount of understanding or sympathy, which makes frustrating experiences with your hotel feel worse. I guess they rather I air my frustrations online on google, yelp, etc..To anyone interested in booking a room here, consider this your warning. I paid ~$400 for a dirty, old, smelly room that couldn't accommodate 2 adults, at a hotel that doesn't seem to care about their guests. I will not spend another dollar at this hotel or casino in the future.

Biggest complaint was the indoor pool. I’m not sure what our “resort” fee gets us as everything has a charge. I didn’t have a problem paying the $20/person for the pool as all I wanted was to sit by the pool, hang in the hot tub and relax. Didn’t even make it past “security” because I couldn’t take a bottle of water in with me. They had stricter guidelines than a concert!! DJ starts playing at noon on a Saturday so there’s a line out the door of younger kids just looking to party. Isn’t that what the Pool After Dark Party is about?? Seriously Harrah’s, lighten up, it’s a pool. Any other normal property/resort would not charge a fee and allow me to have a bottle of water. Fortunately I had a room with a soaking tub, so that was my relaxation. Not that it was the cleanest room nor with a great view mind you. Next time, I’ll book elsewhere.
