The blonde store manager was the nastiest and most unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered anywhere. No wonder no one shops at Gap anymore. If you insist on shopping Gap, just order online and have it shipped to get better sales and avoid these people. Customer service is a thing of the past.

It's a great store, friendly employees, but you got to keep an eye on the prices when checking out. There are a lot of mistakes on the discounts.

Great prices and large store! Well organized, easy to find everything. Besides the iconic GAP sweatshirts, they have cheap beach sandal for $3, cute sun dresses currently on sale, and they actually still carry signature perfumes! I thought they got rid of it all, but they have heaven, om, and unrecognizable scents. Bottles are new designs, simple.Cost roughly $35 on sale. A bit pricey. Still if you miss the 90s most popular scents, come here for it.

The store closes at 8:00pm…at 6:45pm we were told that we could not use the fitting rooms and to come back on Monday. It was ridiculous that a clothing store would do this. We made a purchase, but at a store that was customer friendly.

Way overpriced. Then you take the discount and the price comes to the $30 still more expensive than the regular Gap store. Even when you go to their website the prices are lower. This was only one of the few stores in this outlet that the prices were inflated to a point that it does not make sense, for example one regular fleece for man not the premium one just the plain fleece was $69.99. Then after discount was $29.99.
