I get my Lavazza coffee ground at Zeytinia. Then I walked around and landed in the Francesca’s store.Eye appealing clothing.One of your associates Daris Mac was pleasant and very helpful. She is a gem .She helped me locate a pink metallic jacket in a larger size on line for my childhood friend of many years.Thank you Daris for helping me out that evening . Your customer service knowledge and sweet style made my visit. Thank you and God bless you.

My mom went into this store yesterday and found a blouse she loved, and they only had small sizes. When she asked the sales associate if they had any mediums or larges she looked at her and said you know this store is for juniors. Not only did she essentially call my mom old, she implied juniors can’t be a medium or large? I manage a retail location, so coming from someone who knows what they’re talking about you just don’t say that to anyone. Especially trying to make a sale! You never turn the customer down! Anyways, my mom ended up ordering the top online. If you’re shopping for clothing in a size that isn’t a small, or just want to have an enjoyable experience without feeling too old, take your business elsewhere.

The clothes fit and look perfect! The staff there is so nice and doesn't harass or make you feel pressure to buy. They have changing rooms so you can see how nice the clothes are on you! The shorts are perfect and I looked all over atlantic city and couldn't find nice denim shorts and Francesca's had them! Their accessories perfectly accent their clothes, the clothes are worth every penny and I highly recommend them! My daughter and I loved shopping there!

I made a purchase at the Tropicanna location. Cute clothes and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sales associate went out of her way to strip down mannequins for my size. At other stores, the staff isn't too friendly when it comes to stripping down their store displays.

A good place to stop for an outfit for the night (or for another occasion). Just like all Francesca's locations- they have jewelry, clothing, bags, shoes, accessories, home goods, etc. Staff has always been friendly as well. Great sales.
