Staff were so polite and this location is definitely bigger then others I've visited. Unfortunately they didn't carry the shirts my partner likes which were the Madison they had the same colors nothing new. The regents do not fit the same and they def had more options.

Employees were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Found everything I was looking for, and what they didn't have at the store, was shipped to my house at no extra charge and arrived only a day or two later. The quality of Brooks Brothers garments is well proven and before you try to save money ordering something online, scan the brooks brothers site which is a little more expensive but worlds better in terms of craftsmanship and durability.Wash the shirt and it won't shrink 2 sizes! Love this store.

I've been a customer of Brooks Brothers for years now. I went to this location for the first time yesterday, and thank goodness for their women's section! Each location is different and I was so impressed with their selection. The employees didn't hesitate to help and walk me through their new items. I was pleasantly surprised and I loved the displays! I definitely want to come back here.

This place exceeded all expectations for customer service & I was well pleased. Each employee works diligently and the most important thing I noticed was that the store is kept exceptionally tidy. This made it extremely easy to find what I was looking for, making it a smooth visit. I definitely recommend this location not even mentioning the quality product!

I visited your store over the President's weekend and must say the experience was awesome. The store was airy and clean. I was shopping for my husband's birthday and the store associate was so helpful. I explained my husband's taste and she took me right to the items he may like. I have shopped there with my husband but not on my own. Your product and staff are outstanding.

The great thing about the Brooks Brothers outlet is the quality and service is the same as their regular stores. I have purchased many items and have always been very happy. Just beware that many items may look the same as what is sold in their regular stores but it isn't. For example I bought a duffel coat in the regular store and it was 100% wool and the outlet version was a blended fabric with some wool. Looked the same but wasn't. Overall recommend.

Being somewhat of a Brooks Brothers regular, I was pleasantly surprised by their sizable clearance selection of men's and women's items up to 70% off. Use your Tangers outlet coupons for additional savings off non clearance items. No childrens' apparel. Join their rewards program for additional savings.

NOBODY CARES!WALKED THE STORE FOR 15 MIN AND NO ONE WORKING THERE ASKED ME WHETHER I NEEDED HELP ETC. I JUST WALKED OUT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ANYONE.STORE WAS NOT BUSY.ONLY THREE OR FOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE.DAY BEFORE XMAS, GO FIGURE??
