The patience of Mel is unparalleled. I had an issue porting over my number from Verizon, and she refused to give up until the issue was resolved. It took us an hour and a half to do so, but she was very calm and professional throughout the whole ordeal. If you ask me, she deserves a promotion, and a raise.
