When I finally got my coat I realize they try to hide where they cut my coat,so he had fold my coat and sew it up ,which made it look like a wreck,and then they accidentally cut another place ,I can’t believe a repair shop sewed my coat like this ,and that gentleman just say I don’t care ,you can sue me ，that is the way they do business

It's so rubbish, it's dishonest, and you don't admit it when you break your clothes. As a result, it gets worse and worse, and the whole clothes are ruined.

Don’t go here ,this is a very dishonest businessman ,don’t send expensive clothes here,you might not get you clothes back ,I send two coats here to do dry clean and repair,he give me the price and ask me to put some deposit first 。my husband coat was fixed first,when I come to pick up my husband coat ,my cost are half repaired,he try to raise prices，I don’t really agree with what he did ,he also ask me to pay for everything,after I pay for everything he ask me come pick up my coat at Friday, when I come pick up my coat ,that is really terrible,my jacket is dirty,they didn’t clean it ,and they sewed my coat very badly ,the stitches are messy ,there’s threads all over the place,they also cut my coat ，my husband coat has same problem as mine but they fixed my husband coat very well ,after I pay for everything,they treated my coat very differently 。they destroyed my coat,I believe they didn’t cut my coat on purpose,but they took the money for the dry cleaning but didn’t clean my coat,and I believe they sewed my coat very badly that is on purpose,that gentleman are so rude too , when I showed him the damage to my coat ,he knew he broke my coat,but he didn’t want to admit him mistake,but him kept my coat he say he will send it to do dry clean and repair,he ask me come back next Monday day to pick up my coat ,but when I come pick up my coat,he say he send my coat to clean ask me come next week ,ok a week later i come pick up again he say he send to repair let me come back next week again，another week passed,him say somebody go vacation can’t give me my coat,after when he keep doing like this I am mad,he keep promise me I can get my coat next week ,but when I try to pick up my coat,he still looking for excuses to kept my coat,him kept my coat for 2 months already,he keep lied to me, he didn’t send to dry clean didn’t send it to repair,I bought this coat for $1000 ,even my husband say don’t need they repair my coat anymore just want they give me back my coat ,that gentleman still looking for excuses trying to kept my coat,ok when I finally got my jacket today ,they didn’t fix it ,they just try to hiding the part they damaged,it make my coat more terrible,I wish I had read their reviews before I went to their store,then I wouldn’t have gone there

Loses clothes, screams at customers. Wildly unprofessional behavior. And the comments about unreliable work hours are correct too.

If I could give zero stars I would. The gentlemen cursed over the phone when asking about drop off times. Latest drop off time for cleaning is 11 AM. Went to drop off my one pair of pants at 11:01 and he would not accept them.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Lost my pants for 6 months!! Kept promising next week. Gives a 40$ credit, which was fair. Unreliable business hours. Sign says 8-6 but store rarely opens on time. Today note on door read "back in 10 minutes", I waited 45 minutes and left. This was one of several examples of unreliability. No way to run a business. Just lost this customer.

Angie’s cleaners helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed to get the wrinkles out of a dress. They stayed open past when they were about to close so I could run there with the dress. Great service!
