Worse than horrible customer service. They sell you flat fountain sodas and stale old hot foods and when you complain, they offer nothing in exchange. Dare ask for an exchange for something fresh and they refuse. You are lucky if you get a refund , or you get threatened to get kicked out of the store. I WAS a regular customer, but no more will they get my business. It's more important for the employees to talk loudly with eachother or have conversations on thier cell phones than to care about the regular paying customers. Corporate should investigate this location for its lack of protocol.

An oasis in an extraordinary spa. Good offers, a great women's team in food places of all types and prices. Fall & Winter really economical. My disagreements with Netspend (I did offer them a one year break until I started to rebuild My Sand Castle.)

Still nothing done the coffe was horrible af yall really dont care about your customers Experience Cause if you did something would of got done about this 711.but nothing done WHY YALL DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I HOPE IT GOSE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON THIS PLACE SUCK BALLSThis 711 suck I hate this place the food is disgusting not always fresh I'm a chef I can taste it its not fresh nasty looking and the worker don't care why cause they never work at a restaurant before or never had an job and they only hire there own race no English speaking worker I always have to point at what I want cause me saying it they look at me until I point at it but why I have to go through that and another thing one of the worker I believe he the day Shift manager he started yelling at my wife just because he clean the soda Fountain machine we didn't say anything oh yea they like to kick people out if you talk back to them I got kick out one time for talking back I'm not going have people talk to me like that....Something need to happened or yall will loose all your Customer on this 711 PlacePlease fix the problem hire people that cares or visit one day As a anonymous gust and see what we talking about.I believe yall need to rehired worker they anit it I want to give it a half a star but that not a option...Thank you

Decent 7-11 but you're taking a chance with your personal safety and the safety of your vehicle there. There's panhandlers and general unsavory people there along with a parking lot that is too small. It's not worth the trouble for me any longer which is unfortunate but A.C. has become so dangerous and filthy that I can't support the local business owners. Recently, someone drove their vehicle into the building which doesn't exactly comfort me. The staff is nice though but still, I ain't trying to get stabbed on the street for a hot dog.

Went to 7 eleven around 4am the doors were locked saw the 2 guys I knocked they ignored me I knocked louder the guy looked at me and walked away the both guys were standing in the corner talking while me and another guy was banging on the door. So rude!!! Will not be back here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I even begin….i went to the atm and as I was walking out the owner I’m assuming yelled cursed harassed and almost got physical with me because he believed I stole. I said check the cameras which he would not do. He said he was calling the cops for something I didn’t do. The guy is a psycho. They all have poor customer service and it’s dirty. I went back the other day to use the atm again and got harassed and kicked out. He still won’t show proof….because there is none. Rude af storeP.s. shut up about the panhandling and homelessness they are trying to survive they are humans just like you and you are minutes away from being homeless you are no better you wouldn’t even survive a minute be kind and grateful show a smile say hi give back the little things mean so much
