“Our car had a large white scrape on the front bumper. We stopped at two shops for quotes to fix. The first one was for $725 and take two days. At Pioneer, Dawn first noticed and hand-fixed a slight bend in a fender panel. Then she had a tech rub several “magic“ solutions on the scraped area. The white disappeared! They also applied polish and told where to get touch up paint. In a matter of minutes our car was looking great. And they refused any payment. We know where we will go (and recommend) for any future auto body work!!! Dawn made our day with her integrity, savvy, attention to detail and saving us $725.”

My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. “Brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in for diagnostic and repair for numerous electrical issues, particularly turn signals not working and several other issues. Scott was professional, courteous, and understood the issues. He explained the initial cost and what the service technician was going to do. They fixed and repaired all the electrical issues several days before the promised completion date. I highly recommend the repair shop for any services you should need. I will definitely be using them again.”
“Haven't had any repairs done but went here for my car inspection and was able to get it done while I waited (minimal wait). obviously your experience may vary if you come on a busy day or there are two other people that came in before you asking for the same thing etc.
I came on a weekday around 930am. Left very happy!”

“Just got back from Eastern / Eckert's Outdoor Power Equipment. Brought two flat snowblower tires. If you know you know how hard it is to get air in them once they move off the rims. Bob asked me to wait for a couple of minutes and not only put air in them but put "rim seal" on each to prevent recurrence. Didn't charge me. What a GREAT guy! You need help with movers or blowers; this is the place to go.”

I don't live anywhere near there but happened to be traveling within a reasonable distance to them so I decided to call and see if they could get the part pulled for me that day. They were very accommodating and started pulling the part while I was driving there. I wish I lived closer because I would like to get more parts from that vehicle but I was certainly glad to get what I needed at the time. I found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with them!”

“My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. “I had an accident recently where I was hit from behind. This was my first time ever being in an accident. The person that hit me told me not to call the police, that he would handle it.
