So today my son purchased two pairs of sunglasses in the shop there. When he came out to the car, he noticed that one of the sunglasses was broken. With that I decided to go in myself to either get a refund or a replacement. I was told by the clerk that he did not sell us those sunglasses, and that they have cameras and that he came in wearing those sunglasses. I told him in fact, my son was wearing a white pair of sunglasses and I witnessed him purchasing the two pairs! With that it became a heated conversation about his purchase. The store manager at that point approached me and told me to get a replacement for the broken sunglasses. The manager handled it appropriately.. The reason for posting this is I feel humiliated, gaslighted and disrespected. I will not be visiting this business again.

So we just purchased two pairs of sunglasses- a black pair and a blue pair. We get out to the car and notice the black pair was broken. My son went in to get his money back or get a new pair and was told that they didn't sell those sunglasses to him. He gave them back the sunglasses and walked out. I went in there and asked for our money back or a new pair of sunglasses. I was told they have cameras and that they didn't sell us those sunglasses, and that he was wearing them when he came in. To which I told them he was wearing a white pair of sunglasses and that he in fact purchased the black pair and blue pair. He continued to argue with me, and I continued to tell him that we did in fact purchase those glasses! The owner? Came out and I told him the same thing. He did not offer to give me my son's money back, but said that we could do an even exchange. I did not find the same pair, but settled with a black and red pair. To say the very least, I'm NOT happy with our experience. We did in fact get a new pair, but I'm NOT happy with the way we were initially treated..

I always have a great experience with the person that regularly works on weekdays, but today, a young guy with a baseball cap charged me $30 for gas that I clearly asked for only $20, and he even repeated it after I said it. He said "sorry". Is not like I can return the gas....right?

Great prices. Great gas attendants. Everyone that works there are great people. Especially the lady that works inside the store 7 days a week. Her and the owner have a great beautiful heart.

I wouldn’t go there if last place in NJ. The most ignorant people I have ever met!!!! My son who is a new driver and driving a car he has never driven before pulled up to wrong side. As an accident and apologized numerous times and he continued to yell at him. Then opened his door to continue to yell at him. Not the first time I’ve found a bad experience here. Will NEVER go back!!!!?????

I am giving this place 3 starts, because I've never had a problem with them before my last visit. Yesterday, I went here for gas and decided to go inside to buy 2 Hyde Vapes. The first one I purchased for $20, cash, and the second one I charged to my card, but was not given a receipt. I questioned the cashier because the color of the vapes were not the same as they normally are, but he insisted it was the flavor I normally get. (Banana Ice is always blue and yellow, and these are orange and yellow.) After going to my parents, I scanned the codes to see if they were counterfeits, and they are. Needless to say, I am a bit frustrated. I am praying that this was an honest mistake and a bad purchase from a dishonest vendor that the store buys vape supplies from. I reported this to Hyde vapes , and they insisted I return the vapes because they could be harmful. I have yet to return them, but I'm praying that they will take them back, especially since I didn't receive receipts.I will update this once I bring them back to the store.

Rude and miserable people shouldn't be in customer service. Skip this place at all costs. And make sure you get your credit card back as soon as the swipe it. These low tier gas stations have a scam where they re swipe. I'm not saying they do this here but when you ask for your card back they give you an attitude and nasty look. Last time I checked it's my card and my money. And I asked nicely. Stick with Wawa or Sunoco .
