Rude and condescending pharmacy staff. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, never again. If this is the typical RiteAid pharmacy, it’s no wonder they are on the verge of bankruptcy.

The pharmacy staff are HORRIBLE!! I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years because it’s convenient for me. Today just pushed me over the edge, I’m sick of calling to verify my refill is ready and getting an attitude from the staff. They are so nasty, specifically the young girl. If I don’t call it won’t be filled for days. I get they are understaffed, but I work in understaffed medical facility myself and i would NEVER treat my patients the way this pharmacy staff treats people. It’s not our fault you have no staff. If you don’t want to work with the public, answer questions/phone calls or simply do your job find another profession.
However, the male that works there is extremely hard working, very kind and understanding. He always has my prescription filled in a timely manner and is super kind.

This Rite Aid is horrible! They constantly don’t have our insurance information on file all the sudden ! They are always overpriced and not running insurance for medication. They are absolutely no help and say to call your insurance company . They have given me wrong medication before . They really need someone to fix this place .

That's my Rite Aid, and nobody better be closing this one! Rarely do I wait in lines, or for a Rx to be filled while I wait. With the exception of one bad apple, and he knows who he is I can not see why I would change my pharmacy any time soon. Even if I pass a CVS and a Walgreens on the way to my Rite Aid.

I have lost my patience with this pharmacy . Put in for a refill 3 days ago no text or call about it being filled or even acknowledged. Called 3 times no answer . Last month when had a horrible sinus infection took 4 days to fill my steroid and antibiotic. Time to move to a new pharmacy . I will drive the extra few miles .

Wow, the only thing I can say is switch to Walgreens. I take controlled substances and was treated like a drug addict for the last 10 years. They never let you know if a script is out of stock because it’s just easier to ignore it , ungodly poor customer service. I was told on a few occasions that if a script is out of stock that I should call other pharmacies to find my meds, really Rite Aid?, you sit on a script for two weeks then tell the client they are out of stock?

the people who work at the Pharmacy are awful. Called countless times at on different days all at different times. Not a single person answered the phone. Went in to get my prescription and then women gave nothing but attitude. I asked why no one ever answers the phones and she said they were under staffed and busy. I waited there and watched them ignore the phones. They simply don’t care.Got smart with my father after a long week at the hospital. Told him that he should get a job there and answer the phones if he’s going to complain about no one answering. Not a way to treat a customer. Rude people.

10/10 do not recommend. They do not care about customers, partially child medication. They will intentionally move slow to turn customers away near closing time.. I waited 20 min in line, just to be told they are closing. In additions, they never have prescriptions in stock.

Friendly pharmacy that takes care of their customers. Good place to stop for a quick snack or drink and a large variety of other H&B items.
