My car insurance recommended Elite BW- but it turns out I live nearby and drove by 100s of times. What a great experience. They were SO easy to work with. Very open with communication, let me know what to expect throughout the process, and were very proactive. They took the hassle out of the whole project. The car looks better than ever before. Fixed the problems and it came back cleaner than I've ever seen. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed and tell others.

Elite Body Works was one of the few auto body shops who were able to repair my car after two minor accidents within the timeframe I needed to take a road trip. The work they completed makes my car look better than when I had first bought it. They also kept in contact with me to provide status updates, figure out adjustments, and service an additional tire needing replacement. Will absolutely return to have my Miata evaluated in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Customers need to be aware elite in Waterford are thieves and think they had the right to do what they want. They are basically a cop shop posing as a body shop when they tow a nice vehicle or a vehicle they like for the local police they think they have the right to take possession of it. Turn around part it out or sell it to a friend while it’s in police custody, as this is been going on for a while last year, they stole a Corvette from my buddy and they just stole my Yamaha YZ 450 F, that took five months to restore as I had the bike frame, swing arm, subframe, and motor cerakoted myself every nut and bolt was titanium had toxic motor, racing build custom whip, nine rims motor master front brakes. It was a supermoto package that they did an excellent job the first day I got it together and start it up for the first time. I took it to a friend so he can turn the carburetor and that’s where water for impounded my bike with only 20 minutes on a completely restored brand new bike they had elite tow it the next day I try to get it out it’s in police custody so you need a police release form to get it out. I tried a total of four times doing everything the Weatherford Police Department asked me to do just to get denied, saying that it’s in police custody and a criminal investigation, and it can’t be released until court while in police custody at elite last week, I notified through my GPS tracker that was installed on the bike when I called elite to find out why the bike was moved. They said they sold it for parts. It was no need to sell it for parts as it was completely restored brand new everything on the bike there was it 10 minutes on the motor yeah I had to put off my operation as I have type two diabetes the bike was supposed to get auctioned off a couple days after it was impounded to pay for the operation as I have all the documentations videos complete documentation of the rebuild close to $20,000 in receipts nobody ever tried to notify me that the bike was being sold nor is it advertised that they were selling this bike for parts, so how did someone know to buy my bike that’s in police custody elite will let a friend know that there’s a nice vehicle in police custody to come in and buy it which is completely illegal buyers beware elite is a chop shop posing as a body shop.these pictures where taken the day before Waterford had elite, towing and store it in police custody you can see for yourself. It was no need to sell for parts. if anybody else has been a victim of elite body Works. As I’m going to press charges to come forward.

I was referred to Elite Body Works after hitting a deer. I needed a door replacement and paint.Areas of review :Customer service - excellent. They were busy so I had to call for updates, but always friendly and professional. Females tend to get taken advantage of or experience other weird behavior, so if you are a female this is a safe space! No creeps!Part replacement- everything was aligned and sealed correctly. Also provided warranty.Paint match - excellent, exact color of vehicle.Time frame - I was advised that it would be approximately 3 days, ended up being 5 because of part delay (out of their control and worth the wait).Pricing - compared to other quotes I received, the cost was fair and lower or equal to other shops. I was also advised of other repair options that were less expensive.*Bonus*: They washed my truck, which a lot of auto body shops haven't done for me in the past. Also was informed that there were some warning lights on and advised to get it checked out. I knew about the sensors being damaged in the front, but the fact that he informed me was much appreciated.Overall I am extremely satisfied with the repair, as this truck has sentimental value. I would definitely recommend others to patron this business!Services: Painting

I had a really great experience using Elite Body Works! I highly recommend these guys. Turnersville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Dealership recommended Elite Body Works for my 2021 Ram Warlock that was rear ended and my bumper was damaged and pushed in. Elite worked with the insurance company of the woman who rear ended my truck and got me a new bumper on my truck in not much time at all and it looks good as new. I will definitely be using Elite Body Works for anything in the future!Service: Body & Trim

I have had the unfortunate experience of poor quality workmanship and attention to detail while dealing with Elite Body Works. I am three deer and a tree limb into body shops and my insurance company, so I went to them with every concern I had encountered with previous body shops. They said they would fix my current damage and revisit prior claims to correct what needed to be repaired. I also stated to them that my last repair went over the 30 day rental allowance, so I wanted to be sure we could complete everything they told me that could do, in the allotted time. I was reassured that I would be taken care of..So 42 days after Elite gets my vehicle, a week of me footing the rental car bill, and battling with the insurance company for all of the necessary repairs to be made, I get my vehicle back with a rattle in the driver's door (old door handle connecting rod), swirl marks from buffing where blending was not accomplished, the whole driver's side pin stripe is missing, the deer punctured the driver front tire on impact but no alignment was done.I went to them with all of my fears and worries and made it perfectly clear to multiple people, including the manager. I feel let down as I don't think that I could have made it any more obvious to them..Services: Body & Trim
