Brought 2 of my cars there. One was a repair and the other was an upgrade. On the upgrade, he was not familiar with the hot racing aluminum transmission. He said after watching YouTube videos, he did not have the recommended grease to lube the differential case. I decided to give this hobby shop a chance since it is local. I was driving almost an hour away to levittown Pennsylvania "Tiny Adventures". I told Bob that I did not feel comfortable and to please put my cars back together and I would pick them up. This man started yelling, screaming, and cursing at me right away demanding that I don't tell him what to do! I immediately placed my phone on loud speaker so that others in the room could hear how this man was screaming. Bob kept insisting that he needed to show me what was going on as I was telling him that I did not want to see anything, I just want my cars back. My brother was so shocked that he said to get in the car, we're going there right now. Of course Bob did not have the same demeanor in person like he did on the phone. I will never make the mistake of going somewhere because of convenience. Tiny Adventures are AMAZING and I should have taken my car there to begin with. You people rate them high because you think he gives good service? He's not the only Rodeo in town!! Give Tiny Adventures a chance and you will see what good service is!!
