Slowest transactions, ever. It doesn’t matter if drive-thru or walk in to lobby. It doesn’t matter if it’s a simple cash deposit, check deposit, or cash back… All transactions take 3x longer (and always have) than the bank 1/4 mile up the road, which I used for 11 years for a business account.I do NOT think it is the personnel, because it never changes. It is obviously the process and procedures that other banks have figured out long ago.

Nice new atm I guess that is why they are charging 3 dollars per transaction. Shame bank will nickel and dime you and miss the big picture of service to a customer who will use them for all their larger banking needs.

I wasn't happy about the change from Susquehanna to BB&T. I used to have free checks, free money orders, free cashiers checks, free checking, and only a minimum balance of $100. BB&T charges for most of those items now, and they also charge a fee if you have overdraft protection on you checking account with the savings account. I should have been grandfathered into my old terms with the new bank merger. That's what Susquehanna did when they changed from Atco National to Susquehanna.

This is the longest I've ever waited in a lobby. We were third in line in the lobby yet car after car was taken ahead of us at the drive through. There was one teller and another person at the desks who made no attempt to help. Awful awful experience

Why is it that I always have to wait at the drive thru now? Prior to the staff change, customers were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Now I wait 10 min (as the only car in the drive thru). Hehe they even start perishing my deposits. With the other close by branch closing, we may move our business's accounts to another bank all together. Buh Bye BB&T!
