If the job is too hard they'll give up on it halfway through and run without giving you recommendations on who to go to.Ruined my tiles.They claimed in their response below that they only take payment if they are finished and I am happy.They took payment when they told me that they could do nothing else for me and I still wasn't satisfied. I reached out to them several times asking them for after-care and requesting advice for what to do. Those emails were promptly ignored. No discount in price was offered at all.They do not stand by their work and will hang you high and dry.

Hired the company to replace grout in the bath and clean seal grout in shower. Newly installed grout washed away 2x. Also, was told my grout was yellow and he cleaned to best of his ability. Well, with some bleach, the grout is white. Charged my $350 to clean grout and not sure what he used (water). Would never recommend.

I had David come to clean and seal our granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. As I've experienced in the past, David was on-time and did a great job. I've used Grout Kleen 3-4 times in the past 12+ years and I've always had a positive experience.

David was very responsive when I first inquired about a quote. He kept in contact with me and came right out to take a look. He offered suggestions, which we did agree to. Our kitchen floor grout was in horrible shape. His estimate was very fare. The kitchen floor looks like new. So bright and clean. We had it cleaned and had color sealant applied to the grout and the difference is amazing! I would not hesitate to have them come back out to do more floors when we need them done.

I found Grout Kleen online and saw that I'm outside their service area. Based on their reviews and website, i still reached out to see if they could come by to help with our grout issue and they appeared to have a great range of grout services. He asked what the issue was and for some pictures of the problematic shower. He said that this is an easy fix and not worth him coming out for such a small job, but, he wrote me simple instructions and pictures to help me fix the issue at no charge, all within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon! It's great to see someone who's not out to rip off customers, as he could have easily came out to us and overcharged us to make it worth his time. Rather, he provided some quick steps to help me fix the issue. I highly recommend Grout Kleen to everyone.

Joe thoroughly cleaned the tile and grout of our kitchen floor as well as touched up missing color sealer.He also cleaned the floor tile and grout in our master bath and main bath.The shower tile and grout were cleaned in the master bath. All caulk around the shower door tracks was removed; all visible signs of mold/mildew were cleaned. New silicone was installed around the shower door tracks and a clear sealer was applied over all cleaned grout lines.We are very pleased with the results!

After 4 weeks there are several cracks and new grout was laid over old, so it's cracking there too. And their amazing "customer service" response really put me over the top!"Catherine, the grout seems to be cracking due to movement. We do not guarantee grout and caulk because these situations are out of our control. Only thing we can do is caulk the seams. I have time to swing by today and address this. We could be there between 12-2pmWould that work?David Abate"Not sure how walls move after 4 weeks and we never had cracking prior to their "help".Save your money!

I've used Grout Kleen a few times now to clean the tile in my bathrooms, both floors and shower. When they came in November 2018, I also had them recaulk the tub/shower. All of their work is great! The tile looks like new again and all the caulking came out perfect in the shower. They take care to cover your flooring where they walk and clean up afterward. I've always found them to be professional and quick to respond to your inquiries or if you need a quote. David Abate is great at responding as well as following up. My parents have also used them for an annual clean of the kitchen tile floors and they have two dogs so you can imagine the ground in dirt! Floors always came out great! I would recommend Grout Kleen to anyone who needs tile spruced up.
